Guest Deceptihåkon
Not a single review on their new album Klanguage... i reckon this is because Children doesnt think it's trancy enough. (frankly i dont even think he sees paps as psytrance either) i think klanguage is a good album. not as strong as Danz Ego, but clearly good. i can agree on the fact that the style on klanguage is a bit un-trancy, but fokk man - when the next Infected Mushroom album comes this fall, its gonna be fokkin un-trancy as well... but DONT EVEN TRY to tell me that you're gonna neglect it!! coz u wont! not even if they did a hybrid of black metal & RnB with a touch of euro-dance would u neglect it! so i give u 2 options, my friend: 1: make a list of Psytrance-Criteria (& publish it on this site), so that anything that doesnt match EXXACTLY with it can be removed from the review list instantly. 2: get whatever big object u have in whatever big hole of yours outta there - in other words, if u review Yumade's first album, u review their second. because i think ppl deserve to know when artists have the guts/creativity to change their style. such as infected mushroom & yumade. I'm still tryin to think psytrance is about being open-minded. So please dont kill my illusion! Thank you. ~Deceptihåkon~ (A.K.A.gent Smith)
Järsimähäiriö
Are you a bit stupid or what? Has it crossed (obviously not) to your mind that maybe nobody has sent a review of Klanguage to Children just yet. It's rather new you know. There's plenty of new stuff that hasn't been reviewed yet, but that's hardly Children's fault.
Guest Jaimz
Yeah, most likely Children is maybe too busy [often when these subject come up it's discovered that there are several reviews Children has that he hasn't put up yet due to being busy], or it's because no-one's sent him one. Children has never been known to draw lines as to what is and what isn't psytrance, despite a lot of people insisting this and that artist is and isn't psytrance. I'm sure he has no problem with Yumade's new album [which, by the way, I really like, and I find very trancey in parts] and you'll see it here sometime over the next couple of weeks. So chill out, dude. :-)

khogg
Yeah, show some respect Deceptihåkon. If you so desperately want to see a review of that album, why don't you write one up and send it to children? Generally, that's how it works around here. Then, if he refuses to post it, then maybe you can complain.
Guest bugbread
Yeah, relax. I sent Children and Mars a review of the new UbarTmar album over a month ago, but they've had the psynews party, etc. to work on, so it hasn't appeared. It's not because they have any objects lodged in their orifices or because things aren't psy enough for them.
Guest Deceptihåkon
k, k, k! i must admit that i rushed to conclusions (so: sorry if i offended u C). i was in a very lousy mood yesterday for a number of reasons, but now i'm once again a happy camper. i guess what (yu)made me jump to these silly conclusions was that ive had the album 4 quite a while now & reckoned others had as well. that & the general anti-minimalism vibe im picking up round the review sections made me think someone was tryin to prove a point. but my bad. ~Deceptihåkon Cyclonusmith~

Guest fragglebeat@wanadoo.fr
Its always like this in France, French only like israeli & full-on. Yumade & Paps(among Tripiatrik&Snugasabug) have been certainly the most active artists & technotrance activists in france for several years When you go in another country, when people speak about "the french sound", they mean the style Yumade, Paps & Tripiatrik created 2 -3 years ago already. (certainly not about totaleclipse, deedrah or 3d vision...) French labels release music from other countries, instead Paps & Yumade created a new stream on the scene, which was copied a lot, especially by german acts... French Djs&promoters are a bit jealous to see These guys are selling thousands of records.. on some of the best international labels (dragonfly,Tip, Spiraltrax,Creamcrop, DMA, solstice, starsound, zma, flow, databass...) Playing everywhere and not being freaks like them. I bought the Yumade album at the fnac and like it very much. Can you tell me any interesting french release at the moment?? Can you tell me any french album opened to techno, house and trance? The french are blocked in the goastuff which is only surviving here.. Even Israel is more opened to new stuff.. Ok, some people like the new yumade, some don't like it, but from what I see, people who are not in this or that style gets very quickly into the album.. Its not a question of style or country, this is a question of groove...... And anybody should notice it.
Guest Full Lotus
All I can say is that Yumade rocked the place when they played in London in April....
