I heard it due my time in Helsinki a while ago and after hearing the whole album i felt that this is a must have! The album begins with a sweet tune called 'Fredator'. the track is very melodic with guitars, harmonic pads and singing and this almost MTV feeling over it... Track 2: 'Surrounding Love' continues in the same pattern as track 1, very sweet tune. track 3: 'Meanwhile' is getting more funky also with singing but this time with wah wahs! it´s starting to be more my kinda mood here... Track 4: 'Rock'....hehehe....AWESOME!... what can i say? this is what i meant by the album not being the most ordinary one! a genuine psy-rock track!!! time to get yer groove on, this is one of my favourites for sure here...a definate mood lifter at a party i DJd at. Track 5: 'Polemik'....OK, for you who are now familiar with the funky spugedelic power disco sound you know what i´m talking about...this is the best track for me on this album, starts very funky and spugedelic and goes more to the rock/funk style to the end with guitars and some singing. Track 6: 'Pentagon Bob' As i´m not sure what kinda genre name would describe this track i´m not even gonna try....oh screw it..i´ll give it a go but it´s something like electro hiphop or something like that heheheh...kool track... Track 7: 'Dust Bunny' This track goes back to the more moody sound as the first three tracks again funky and melodic with singing. Track 8: 'Jeep' Speedy d'n'b/jungle or whatever u wanna call it...also one of the tracks i enjoy most here...things happening all the time as in the rest of the tracks. Track 9: 'Nobody Knows' with the mood of a love song with pads and singing this track is something you have to be open for and in the mood...a bit too cheezy for me tho Track 10: 'Oon Oon' The track starts with a finnish sample going "Are you in the condition that you can be let more than 5 meters from the toiletseat?....yeahhh yeahh..." (Oon Oon very funky with occational moody pads and a funkyass bassline...more synth leads in this one. this is a track for me again, with more kool and funky atmosphere... Track 11: 'Mayor Wants My Ass' d'n'd/jungle once again...moodier than the 'Jeep' track with nice fx and atmosphere. Bonus Track: 'Dust Bunny (Praktika remix)' Well the rmx is in the same mood as the original track but less moody, in my opinion better than the original. This album might be concidered too cheezy by many people, but in the right surrounding and the right people this album is awesome as not all tracks are that cheezy... i give it 8/10, mostly couse the soundquality and mastering could be better. the variaty of this album is great and as i said when i heard the whole album in the right surroundings it definetly was a must buy...still is... it´s a really nice break from all that typical psy and GMS sound... another thing is that this CD is released under Exogenic Breaks, not the normal Exogenic records so don´t expect it to sound like Haltya or Squaremeat (exept for maeby the 'Polemik track) BoM!
