Guest psysaber[at]hotmail[dot]com
I agree with the above. One of my favorite songs would have to be #4, the "Equinox" track by Subkha! It's got this *vicious*, dubby bassline that goes (ahem) 'VHOOM, DUH-DUH DUN-DUN DUH-DUH..VHOOOOOM'. =) That's accompinied by this Arabian/Persian horn instrument that just howels along with it. A very ethnic piece with wicked dub elements that only Simon, Raja, and Sheldon know how execute best!! The CD definately has the 'Shpongle quality' journey factor built into it also... None of the tracks are bad. 10/
Jeto
This CD has to be one of the best so far in downtempo. It is definatly a journey which takes you somewhere far away from reality. One of my favorite track from this abum is Anubis - Invocation .. It has the most amazing vocals...All tracks are Rad! 10/10 .. We need more albums like this... Guest Ehsanur
Shit, this kind of music makes me hooked. Hooked on that feeling when u are sitting in your room, chilling and watching the sunrise. And going backward and backward and backward to the markets of New Dehli....feel the heat, smell he inscence, listen to the hasty voices and watch that big fluoroscent Ganesha-poster. Enough droooling... Thsi cd is amazing and starts of with maybe the most genious song ever made by the human race. "And the day turned into night..." is taken (or opposite?) from the almighty Shpongle. But the main cookie in this delicious jar,is the contribution by Doof that made me go crazy for several weeks about this cd. Although I must say that Doof has recently fallen behind compared to other artists (their part 4 on Mysteri of the yeti 2 was disappointing ),"Balashwar Bakseesh" is one of a kind, God knows how much I love this song and how my faith in psychedelia was growing out of dimensions. I wont push anybody, but enjoying some natural stimulants makes this audiovisual journey a pure joyride. Anyway, every song is so well linked together, like an eternal mantra ..liquid floatation. It does not come as any surprise that Simon Posford(+Raja Ram) and Total Eclipse are the founder of this audiotemple of delightment. 10*/10 Bom shankar-Eshanti Brahman *eternal times
Guest SuttoXXX
If every ambient album was like this... I wouldn't listen to anything else. This is one of those albums you hide from everyone and not tell anyone about until after an intense full on night of partying..... then everyone is like 'what the fuck'... anyway best ambient cd out there right now.... 10/10.. absolutely amazing

Guest acca[at]fiberia[dot]com
If you're listening to this with crappy speakers or earphones, you're missing out. There is a *VERY* wicked DEEEEEP bass on a few tracks, esp. Invocation (my fave) and Purple Pygmies. Stuff to vibrate you to the bone! The music has already been commented on; what else can I say? 10/
Guest Chai whaller
Nice-that Doof track is really true-psychedelic trance, if only more trance is made in that context.

Guest MG
One of the best 2nd hand buys I will ever make, They've planted a seed. 7 out of 8 tracks I like (Rare!) I am still unsure about that chick singing the national anthem of some country (France?) on tr 3 but otherwise I LOVE this CD!!!!

Children
I FINALLY found it here in Paris and ... that's a PURE JEWEL ! All Tracks are good but the Shpongle and Doof ones are just wonderful :-) That's such quality stuff then I can't believe it was composed in 1998 ! One advice : listen to the WHOLE comp loud in your car if you have good stereo ... you won't believe it ! All Tracks are made in part by Simon Posford except the Doof and Total Eclipse one, which is also very nice. Rating : 8.5/
