Guest Phaeton
psychedelic chewing gum ... i really liked most tunes on this one at first, but after a few listens i've gotten a bit bored of this ... the first three tracks are good party tunes, gms is involved in all of them and for once they manage to sound a bit more inspired and less formulaic than usual .. alien project sounds like every other alien project tune, yes it works on the floor but it's boring .. the next two tunes are undoubtfully cheesy and it totally depends on my mood if they can bring a smile on my face or if they get on my nerves .. the only track on here that doesn't seem to lose its power for me in the long run is the track by logic bomb .. i simply can't get enough of their music! then we get one of the least interesting tracks from 'antidotcom', blub blub .. only gets interesting in the end .. synthetic ends the comp with a dirty psy techno stomper which is pretty cool ... not a bad compilation at all, some nice and catchy tunes but it simply lacks depth to keep me interested .. 7/

Guest Dr G
As the reviewer said above "authentic and twisted psy"! This compilation belongs in the revered tip tradition of brain bubbling, bong stoking, reefer packing, blotter dropping, pill popping, hip flipping, shroom zooming, rip snorting dancefloor mayhem. Ahem. And the title is just right. Miss this at your peril! Your kneecaps will be happy if you never hear it. All the tracks are great, without exception, but I have to pull out "Genetic Eyes" for special mention: this track has a rhythmic power that few tracks can rival. I challenge your toe not to tap at the very least when this track is playing. Alien Project has seldom done such a great track. Maybe this compilation will signal the revival of the melodic, full-on style? I sincerely hope so. Again, all I can say is miss this at your peril! 10/10 ~*~
vision
Probably the best compilation in the "Nations" series. Almost all trax are stuck in my memory. the first track is the best from Ari Linker, and a great remix from GMS. Meathead Productions : The Big Ship great full on track,a littel bit the in old school style. Riktam & Basni again in collaboration with Raja Ram, Slavia Divinorum a powerfull midnight killer. Alien project one more time with quality dancefloor track taken from the fronthcoming album. Funckadelic psychedelic full on from the new Mexican project. Some old and kind classical trance from The Zobra. Logic Bomb & Antidot didn't make any positive impression on me this time. And Synthetic : The Mummy finish you with powerfull durty psytechno at the end of this killer compilation. I think a must have compilation for all GOA freaks. DoktorG
You can read what I wrote above in 2003. It is now 15 years later, and my opinion is not the same. I still like the Alien Project and Logic Bomb tracks, but the rest is disposable dance floor filler. It is a compilation which is in my reject pile, to be sold. Significantly, very little of the Goa trance that I have from 95-96-97 makes it onto the reject pile. 'Nuff said.
