Guest Tequila
Johann Bley - Blow Your Mind Artist: Johann Bley Title: Blow Your Mind Label: Blue Room Date: 1998 Track listing: 01. 08'38" Stranded 02. 09'26" La Vie En Rose 03. 06'31" Great Eastern 04. 09'35" Forget Yourself 05. 07'08" Life Games 06. 07'36" Timerocker 07. 07'29" Brainspinner 08. 07'27" Buzz 09. 08'00" Translucent Review: I usually like very much Juno Reactor, Beyond the Infinite is one of my best album, I like Bible of Dreams very much too, but here, I feel myself clearly disappointed.I do not hear the particular sounds caracteristic of Juno Reactor, and the melodies are sometimes more noisy than harmonious with the other sounds of the tracks.Oh, of course, we still hear the talent of Johann Bley in this album, but be aware this is clearly not as good as Johann used to do before...Anyway, best track: Forget Yourself. 5.5/
implant
OH...tequila...i must disagree with...you...actually...i like this album very much...now it maybe has become one of my favorites...it's very stompin...energetic...and i find this one to be very inovative...I don't have his second solo album...but this one ROCKS...even i don't like guitars, i like them here...)All tracks are great...especially 1,2 and 3...Grade: 9/10 I recommend it...buy this one... Guest [Anonymous]
Great album. Ass-awful packaging.
Guest zoop
I used to have this one and yes the packaging was "ass-awful". But what about the music? Kind of light and bouncy and fast with lots of guitar samples and various melodies (yes, this is a "cheesy" melody alert to all you die hard tech trancers out there). Overall it was sort of interesting and listenable, even enjoyable, but nothing great in the grand scheme of things. If you really like guitars, or are curious, or just want to spend money on something, then buy it. Otherwise I reccomend you spend your money elsewhere.
