I haven´t really found out yet, why TIP has made these compilations... they already exist but it´s a very cool idea though... I like this compilation. I like the tracks 3,4,5,7 And 9 on CD 2, They kick ass !!! But this if you don´t have it... it´s for sure a real good compilation, many quality tracks. 8/10. Guest je-man[at]ljusdal[dot]se
It's not TIP who makes "The Colours of Shiva" compilations, it's Nova Tekk and one of their sublabels. TIP's classic (and most likely out of print) compilations have been licensed by Nova Tekk and re-released as "The Colours of Shiva". Btw, if anyone has TIP 3D and would be willing to part with it I'm willing to buy it!

Guest clark_303
Very hard and wicked stuff with only a few melodies(who needs them anyway?). TIP 3D is full of crazy sounds and the only a little melodic song you can find is Sandman's song. There's only one less interesting song, track 5, that has nothing special except the breakbeats and they don't make a good track. My favorite on this CD is the crazy and trippy song by Process, could drive some people crazy . And of course the funky Friagram by Psychopod is still kicking your brains real hard. TIP Singles 1 is more melodic but still very hard and not cheesy at all. Some classics here but it's not as original as TIP 3D(mostly because I've heard these songs elsewhere before). There are some only ok songs here, like the GMS song that is pretty boring and has really nothing. But this compilation is great value for your hard-earned money. -Clark

seraph
Second Disc is the same as TIP singles 3 but nevermind, still good collection...Best are CD 1 : FRIAGRAM ( amazing song by Koxbox guys...), DO ANDROIDS DREAM OF ELECTRIC SHEEP ? ( great track, name says it all... ), CRYOGEN ( cryogenic song, completely psychedelic and chemical ), DAWN ON EPSILON ( huh, great track ) and HIGHWAY 101 ( very good work by Sandman )....and on CD 2 : TRANSPARENT MIND ( amazing song by Total Eclipse, with The Furnace is one of their best ), MINDBOGGLER PART 2 ( completely crazy The Infinity Project dementia ), COR ! ( stunning well known track ), CAN'T DO THAT, DREAMPOD ( GOD DEAM IT ! This is true classic for me, One of their Best songs and One of the best songs ever...FaNTASTic ! ) , STARFINDER ( another Sandman jewel )...so all in all pretty good compilation...
