They made some changes to DG11 cd box appearance. I don't know if they keep it this way but for me it looks a bit more commercial. Another new thing in DG11 is that CD1 is full on and CD2 is progressive... or so does the backside say. Okey CD1 is full on cd which starts very well known one year old track from Talamasca. Next track was surprice for me... a new material from Bamboo Forest. They just released their new album I first though it was already in that album but no. Start of this track is really boring but it gets better the further it goes. Track number 3 is really intresting track from Saiko-Pod it's really typical boom boom from the start and at the end has this really well known B5 lyrics. Track 5 is a new material from Astral Projection and typical for AP is their melodic tunes and Chaos doesn't make exception. Although it isn't my favourite track from! their current album. Track 6 is Phasio track which I haven't heard before. Anyway this track sounds to be made for this album (because it's remix). It gets more and more tempo from start and sounds great to me. Next track is Machine Head with P.L.U.R. which has some really cool sounds but the start don't impress me enough. Middle part was reeeally great. Track 7 is Tranan with his Preacher Boy and sounds like melodic full on minimal(?) to me. Anyway it didn't catch me but no worries the end of CD1 is really awesome track from Human Blue ! yes. Human Blue's track Carpe Diem. The start of this track is really really downbeat doesn't sound at all like full on track but this track is developing and it goes to my favourite track in this cd! My favourite tracks in CD1 is: 1,2,3,5,8 and other tracks are good too. I'll give 8/10 for CD1. CD2 is progressive. Progressive means something wierd, psychedelic or even minimal tracks. Well this cd really has those types. CD2 begins with Aeternum's track called Mescalin. I haven't heard Aeternum before. Mescalin have some really spooky samples and lyrics but didn't catch me enough. Track 2 is Chromosome track called Into The Wild. I really like this tracks spooky start and sounds nicely psychedelic to the end. Next track is my favourite classic Atmos track Only Process but this is Vibrasphere Remix from this classic. I've bump into this remix also in chill-out album called Destination Ibiza but I really couldn't find out why this track was in that cd? Anyways this is my favourite track in CD2. Track number 4 Android track called Interactive which is developing really fine from the start too. Sounds nice to me. I surpriced to see something new from Miranda in track number 5 which is Sparkling State Of Mind and sounds really great. One of the most intresting things in ! Miranda's tracks is how she manage to have something new to his tracks all the time. I mean this track has really cheesy bassline but still there is some new really wicked parts in this tune and middle parts has really awesome developing. Great track from Miranda. Track 6 is Noma's Sleepwalker which first couple seconds sounds boring... but suddenly it gets awesome. Really awesome bassline! and it gets even better at the end! Whoah. Track number 7 is track from Amtrax called Atmoliner which sounds first really boring and then really boring. This track didn't catch me. The last track is A.I.R.'s Breathe which starts really promising and develops really nicely to the end. Nice final track for this compil. My favourite tracks in CD2 is: 3,4,5,6,8 and others are quite nice. I'll give 8.5/10 for CD2. The whole Destination Goa 11 I'll give 8.5/10 it's worth of buying. Guest Dark Light
after listening to the whole 2 cds twice.. I most say I have disapointed a bit since I love "DG" compilations ! anyway , Talamasca : Psychedelic Knights -pure trance, poor quality ! Bamboo Forest : 2002 - disappoint abit , but still rocks! Saiko-Pod : Tron - should listen to this one ! Astral Projection : Chaos - great quality {usuall AP stuffs} Phasio : That Style (Android Oriental Trance Rmx} I didn`t heard the orginal mix , but it`s a very nice track {great sounds !} Machine Head : PLUR - I don`t like minimal sh*t , but this track sounds pretty good Tranan : Preacher Boy - not my style {anyway, sounds well done } Human Blue : Carpe Diem - masterpiece ! Favs : 2,3,6,8 CD2 didn`t like what I heard in the second cd as usua;; in "DG" line.. nice stuffs in cd2 : 1,2, 3{great!} and 4. CD1 7.8/10 CD2 6/10 anyway , I enjoye this release PS worth the money.
