This albums is great, but it isn't as good as the usual standard DG "class" which I discover pretty sure. Ominus track is great. Ubar Tmar's track is a lovely guitar track with spinning sounds and hard electric guitars. Somehow this track reminds me of hockey songs during the breaks =). Katayama is a nice one, and the final track here is just so awesome. With lots of effects on the sounds and nice feeling of putting out bending sounds makes this track special. On CD2 we have Subcouds as the best track. Fast, intensive and no-stop melodies! A wonderful track... MFG is also good but the rest of these tracks are pretty bad I must say. I give this 5/10. Quote
maxijazz Posted May 17, 2000 Posted May 17, 2000 I kinda agree with jperzzon, but Sag : To The End Of The Last Katun wasn´t that bad though Quote
Guest Ehsanur Posted October 9, 2000 Posted October 9, 2000 I think Ubar Tmar's "Eternal Return" is some of the crappiest shit I've ever heard. Horrible,I wouldn't even let my neighbours' dog listen to this rubbish. Om. Eshanti Brahman Quote

Guest dragonlord_83[at]yahoo[dot]se Posted March 16, 2002 Posted March 16, 2002 Only heard a few of thiese tracks. Sag - To the End of the Last Katun Damn that one makes my head twist and fall of ... Quote
Guest juliet_without_romeo[at]hotmail[ Posted March 22, 2002 Posted March 22, 2002 I'm obviously the only one to like "God Mountain" and "Last Mission" best on this compilation... The best Destination Goa compilations by my opinion is the third, fifth and seventh then after those comes second and tenth the rest was not worth buying (I have them all). Quote
Guest muha[at]gihoa Posted April 27, 2002 Posted April 27, 2002 well, i have not heard anny of the DG cd´s, but anyway, I think this is a great record. especialy I like tribalistic, to the end of the last katun and on red. Quote
Guest skinna[at]lycos.co[dot]uk Posted May 24, 2002 Posted May 24, 2002 Check out Gada-Gong's "Rebel without a cause" - up there amongst the classic acid sounds of Phuture and Hardfloor. Superb 10 minutes of pure dance and mindscape. Awesome. Cheers. Quote
Trance2MoveU Posted September 10, 2018 Posted September 10, 2018 The End of the Last Katun is a level of annoying that must be what living with Cardi B is like. Just walking around wanting to punch yourself. But to bring balance back to the universe is the cosmic Harmonic Convergence with it's giddy motion and swirling leads. Pleasant surprise? The Gurning Point by Psychlopedia (duo with Miranda). Quote
