Guest Goblin
generally a pretty dark release with some good tracks and some absolute shockers. one thing the Israellis have to sort out is their use of samples. Some of the samples are a definite turn off-one with some kind of American heavy metal singer singing-absolute crap. Some of the songs are that stompy beat sound only (typically Isreali sound) with little or no bass and no melody. I'd rip the Wizzy noise tracks (they simply are the best) and that track with a man loves a woman but I'd flag the rest and sell it to some teenage trancer. Cd1 starts with a pretty groovy track by Atomic Lens which are Miki Litvak (aka Shidapu, Domestic) and DJ Michel (aka Todra). dark but not too much, gotta love that vocal sample: "when a man loves a woman.." hehe, pretty cool that is. and nice melodies in here, reminds me old GMS......... Second track is called Army Freaks Mickey from Wizzy Noise. which are pretty popular this days heh.very nice trak a lot of call background samples in here, pretty weird atmosphere in this track with these electronic heavy metal guitars.... 3rd Track is from The GodFather which is a side project of Har-Ell Pruskey (aka California Sunshine..) and Dardas Man. pretty scary track with a nice melody in the start, then comes a vocal sample and everything are just getting crazier every moment.. nice lead melody in here, that come and goes every few seconds or minutes. one of my favorite tracks in here. Track number 4 is from Atmoic Lens again, and its a bit more scary then the one before. groovy, dark, with a good base line. again there is a nice vocal sample here and lots of nice background samples. pretty nice track, one of my favorites here, as well... 5th Track is from Kailum And DJ O-fear and called DIG, really nice beat which starts the track and leads it all the way. very groovy track, with nice melody which starts at 3:20 and goes up and up!, and after few minutes comes another melody which ends the track, which is very good though! . 6th Track is from Wizzy Noise called Brain Machine, my favorite track in here. very groovy and very crazy melody in 5:40, really want to make you dance!. nice background melodies as well that leads all the track with a lovly bassline!. really good!!!. 7th Track is from JC Alamad And Agaoua and called Phase Two, again starts with a nice beat and silence, and then a vocal sample which i dont know what she says exactly... then comes a guitars lead which lead the track all the way. nice ending melody and nice sampling work. 8th Track is a nice track from Inpu and called Black Light, a lot of melodies in this track which are all cool and nice, except of those, nothing else... ending track is from Shape Shifters and called Humanate, very groovy track, one of my favorties here, too. starts with a nice beat and keep rocking with a nice melody which joins the track after couple minutes. very crazy and dark track!. nothing else to add about it, just you have to listen to this one. SHOW TIME! ...! Cd 2 has the same track as in Cd1 just mixed by DJ SunShy.. very good compilation from Krembo, my favorite compilation from the year 1999. some tracks here are really really good like the track from Shape Shifters and Wizzy Noise. if you find it, just go and buy it.. its a beauty! 9/10!. Guest Rox
Poor compilation ... old sounds ... ( in tracks by atomic lens , inpu , shape shifters ) JC Alamad - its not trance ... For me really one best track - is a Wizzy Noize : Brain Machine ... others very average ...
Guest Infected Max
I agree with Mascok...it's the best Krembo recds...but i still don't like it..i never liked Krembo style.... It was supposed to be dark psytrance (in the Krembo website) And it's not..almost all track are very fast, uplifting trance...not my taste 4/
Narwhal
Stumbling release from Krembo, always on the edge of breaking soundlimits! For those who have minor feelings about it, try to catch these tunes on a party with a good sound system - you'll hear the difference Krembo makes. (Unfortunately common hifisystems give no other result than the neighbours complaining.) But after all this IS partymusic!!
Guest slinker
tracks 7 and 8 are pure crap and spoil the whole album...but the other tunes need to be heard, theres some good stuff here especially wizzy noise (please release an album NOW) and i also liked Atomic lens and The Godfather too..pretty dark and noisy!...i wish i could wipe off tracks 7 And 8 though....yukkk 0/10 for 7&8...but 10/10 for wizzy noise and 8/10 for the others!
