(are there other releases from these guys??) this doesn't sound at all like 1996..."Synchronicity Converger" belongs up there with Koxbox and Hallucinogen. It's one of the most psychedelic and energetic tracks I've heard in a while. "Fluorostani Transcendance" starts with a very weird, high-pitched melody, then goes insanely acid and psychedelic... wonderful.
