It has a few superb rracks, but most tunes are average or even poor. The first track, "Astral Flight" by RA, is one of the highlights of the first CD. It sounds like Astral Projection or Man With No Name at their best - but even better! The tune is extremely melodic and bright, with great dance floor potential. The bass drum is pounding in an ordinary 4/4-beat pattern and the tune contains no progressive elements at all. I still consider it to be one of the strongest tunes here. It sounds exactly like Goatrance used to sound back in the good old days. No surprises, but an uplifting tune with superb melodies. Some sounds seem to be stolen from Enigma, though... =) The remix of Etnica's classic tune "Trip Tonight" is another highlight. Nice samples and merry melodies. Perfect for outdoor parties. Unfortunately, the remaining tracks of the first CD are a big disappointment. I normally love minimalistic tunes, but these are so badly produced that I don't understand how they ended up in a compilation at all. Nothing happens in Zerotonine's boring tune "Pornostar", the sounds are way too harsh in Authentik's "The Fifth Colour" and the last two tracks are also quite dull. "The Vacuum" by Organic Noise (Ben Wierzoch from Planet B.E.N. and Jan Müller from X-Dream) is a nice tune, but not as good as I expected, compared to other tunes by the two band members. The Delta (Marcus Maichel from X-Dream) has succeeded in creating a scary horror tune. A fat, rolling bass and majestic percussion dominate the track. Sounds a bit like "The Fly" by Infected Mushroom. Pretty similar to other tracks by The Delta. Dimension 5's melodic tune "Transformation" is way too fast and cute for me. The second CD is a bit more stabile as a whole than the first one. A simple bass drum is heard in the beginning of "Helix" by Amphasis. The tune is quite progressive and contains a few electric guitar riffs here and there. Some synth sweeps are used to varm you! up. Decent track. Endora (Boris Blenn and DJ Sangeet) also use a hard bass drum in their track, but don't succeed as well as Amphasis. An average Progressive Techno tune. The MOS tune "Clouds" is a bit softer, but still progressive and dark. Nice. Our rising talent S-Range from Kiruna in the northern part of Sweden has recently become one of my favourite artists. His track "Serial Overtypes" (featured on the compilation "Destination Goa 10") is one of the best tracks I've ever heard. His debut album "2001" has just been released. I've got to lay my hands on it! Anyway, back to the review... "Black Lotus" continues in the same style as "Serial Overtypes". Dark vibes and a killer groove. Another Scandotrance masterpiece! I'm proud of being Swedish! =) "Es Ist Voller Sterne" is quite a nice tune, but nothing above the ordinary. Electric guitars are used for the melodic lead in Marco Menichelli's "Oddball-Rally". Normally, I don't think you should use electric guitars in Psytrance, but it sounds nice in this tune. The track is a bit too funky, happy and groovy in some parts, which kind of ruins it. "Nüt" by Midi Miliz is a superb tune with a modern vibe. Cool vocal effects. The percussion and the monotonous bass melody work terrific in this tune. Thumbs up! Lan! do's "Dragonboat" and Psychonaut's semi-chill track "Spiritwalker" aren't all that great. The final impression is that this compilation is average. A few great tunes, but the remaning tunes are average or bad. It's probably meant to be purchased by Progressive Trance or Psychedelic Techno freaks. Melodic Psytrance lovers shouldn't go near this one! =) I really don't recommend you to buy this one. You can find the good tracks on this compilation elsewhere. Highlights are the tunes by RA, Etnica, Amphasis, S-Range and Midi Miliz.

Guest Psychedelic psychedelic trance
The usual rehash and experimental geman nonsense. Bring back 1998 I say!
freak51
The Etnica remix is dreeeeamy. The rest of this that's any good has already been released. How long can Nova Tekk keep caning The Delta record? Let it go already - anyone who's picked up a comp in the last two years has something from this disc on it. Enough! 3/10.
Guest Acidhive
Decent compil here... I'd give it 7,5/10 There's a bit of a mix-up here, as Amphasis - Helix isn't Amphasis, it's Trancefeld with his track Delirium. People who also own the Sunset Boulevard comp. should know, also people who know Amphasis should know he'd never produce non-minimal music like Trancefeld... Guest stevy2001[at]hotmail[dot]com
For me, there´s one good track: CD 1 Nr 2 (Etnica). The rest is average or bad. Like Goa-Head 11 + 12, this compilation isn´t worth the money...

Guest VONPIRE[at]GOATRANCE[dot]COM
I have to disgree, this comp is really amazing for the dancefloor, not too psychedelic, but it can make you fly for a while. The basslines are excellent and for me the whole album sounds great. Rate 7/10 PEACE

Guest transphere
hehe, have been listening to this one rather much now... and I can say that this is the best Goa-Head I've ever heard! All tracks are good, except Dimension 5's, it's rather crappy. Anyway, BUY THIS!
Guest kadafi
mmhhhm... agree with markus on most of his comment... An average release this is, not for melodicals cause there are only 3 melodic tunes here, but 3 good ones imo: RA, Etnica & D5. Also the production quality isn't always how it should be. The rest of the comp is overall dark&minimalistic... T3 isn't bad at all, T4 misses a decent bassline, T6 The Vacuum is a very good psy-tech cooperation between Planet BEN and one half of X-Dream! The Delta doesn't let me down here either with that horrifying T7! no comment on T8-9... on CD 2 there are a few interesting ones too: T1 is indeed Trancefeld and NOT Amphasis, a great progressive tune with nice atmosphere, good one! T2,T6 are dissapointing... T3,T5, T7,T8,T9 are average.. but S-Range delivers a killer here! not the also great repetitive melo-progressive style he serves us in '2001', but a psychedelic nighttime stomper! All in all, i found this Goa-Head13 comp more pleasant than 14... but still, not recommended to anyone... 6/
