Guest William
It's fantastic. Songs such as Shadow of the Beast, Halojaner and Sub Atomic are proper songs. They represent trance at it's best.

Trance2MoveU
Artist: Logic Bomb Title: Headware Label: Spiral Trax Date: June, 2000 01. 08'17" Shadow Of The Beast02. 07'23" Hydrofon03. 08'02" Extension04. 08'11" Kilobyte Bandit05. 09'39" Sub Atomic06. 08'32" Skrock07. 07'35" Halojaner08. 07'51" Orb Warning09. 07'38" Fairlight "I just can't shake this funk. I need to punch a b*tch." With the dawn of the new millennium and everyone crapping their pants that the end of the world was nigh, the psytrance genre was mired in minimal darkness and became the soundtrack for depression. At least for me anyway...and apparently Chris Brown. Females were wandering around without fear. Or swollen eyes. Or facial contusions. And it must've been killing him. How much can he be expected to bear? Swedish act Logic Bomb must've thought the same thing because this album decided to do more than just let the bass line and kick run. They added atmosphere and a sense of depth to their music. They have an ear for detail and no question this must've stood out when it was released. While still being what I would term light psytrance it's not empty by any means. It can be dark and against the minimal tide it is actually melodic. "Have you ever jacked in?" No, but I've jacked off. Many times. And so have all the Logic Bomb bunnies to this album. They must've been under such a cloud of despair that this was the light at the end of their tunnel. I liked this album also, but it's one of those that I think is overrated. While it is all the things I mentioned above it still has a minimal backbone and I find I get bored with it. While much better than the majority of the stuff out there at the time stretches of it were thin. I prefer the new, fuller sound of Logic Bomb compared to the old one and that is just my opinion. Like my Dad said every rectum has one. Mdk
