Guest Le Lotus Bleu
Gabriel Le Mar - Hear And Now Artist: Gabriel Le Mar Title: Hear And Now Label: Spirit Zone Date: 2002 Track listing: 01. 06'36" Experience The Lightness 02. 08'04" Sunrise To Sunset 03. 06'08" In Some Other's Life 04. 06'55" 140 Degrees 05. 08'27" Machine Karma 06. 05'23" Right From The Heart 07. 07'40" Find A Passage To India 08. 05'40" Travelogue 09. 05'41" Into Deep 10. 08'23" Journey To Eurasia 11. 06'09" Hear And Now Review: This album is a cocktail composed of 1 /3 of Trance,1 /3 of World and 1 /3 of Chill out. It oscillates between 86 and 141 BPM begining with the fastest tracks in a more Trance style (tracks 1,2,3,4,5) and evolving progresively with slowest ones into more World (6,10,11) or Chill Out styles (7,8,9,). You'll find nice acoustic elements like digeridoo on Machine Karma, violin and hand drum on Journey to Eurasia, Here and now. There's also a collaboration with a singer (George DIN) on Right from the heart. Lots of tracks in this album and there are lots of good one. There's no real bad track for me. My favourites are : 2,3,6,8,9,10,11. A very good album ,i give it 8/10.
Guest psygroove
I bought this record 1,5 weeks ago and had the mp3 for a while, so I had a chance to listen to this record for about a month now. I love all the records Gab did before and also this one didn't dissapoint me. I really enjoy the "WORLD" influences, which means the instruments which are played by real people and not only cheap samples. There is also a lot of groove to be found here and at least for me this record didn't get boring. Give it a try, my opinion: 8/
