More Techno/Trance Tracks ... that's why I don't like it ... Only ONE track (CD2 Track 1 : Sundown by The Overlords) is good, so if I were you I would not buy this album ... if you want Sundown, Buy Tantrance 3 (which includes a very good Sundown Psychedelic Remix !) ... Bad Tracks are CD1 Tracks 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 and CD2 Tracks 2,5,6,9,10,11 ! Rating : 2.5/
Guest [Anonymous]
That was unfair. It's not goa, it's not supposed to be goa and it shouldn't be reviewed as goa. For some reason it's still on "goa reviews" section, however :-) I think this is one great compilation, with some real oldskool trance classicks like Papua New Guinea, Transformation, Lollipop Man and Planet Sex. It goes to show how varied the old trance was, as opposed to the really bland and generic crap of today (I'm not talking about goa, although it too is a bit too samey for my taste, mostly Anyway, it's a good compilation and worthy of buying if you're interested in oldskool trance stuff. Avoid it if you've got the goa-binary -infection (goa rox, anything else sux) like children01 here ;-) 8/10 -TjK
