Guest rx7style Posted October 8, 2001 Posted October 8, 2001 Pretty full on melodic, I guess that's what is considered "emotional" psytrance. I would say this album is less psychedelic, but it's soothing to listen to anyway. Pick it up if you can, and if you like intense melodic. Quote
Guest cyko00[at]goatrance[dot]com Posted October 8, 2001 Posted October 8, 2001 Very boring cheesy club-trance...far away from real psy-trance... Quote
Guest Trancers303 Posted October 9, 2001 Posted October 9, 2001 Digital Karma - Hyper Sound Artist: Digital Karma Title: Hyper Sound Label: Agitato Date: 2001 Track listing: 01. 07'11" Trancefusion 02. 06'17" Black Magic 03. 06'24" Moonflight 04. 05'49" Hyper Sound 05. 08'32" Amotional World 06. 06'52" Universal Highness 07. 06'24" Learning To Fly 08. 05'26" The Visitors 09. 07'56" Voices From The Past Review: Ok. I will start by writting the following, if you DON'T like emotional trance and sometimes even clubby you don't need to read this. This is very emotional trance. It reminds of me The Muses Rapt - Spiritual Healing (the track)..and that is my favourite track so you understand why I love this. It was ages ago I heard something so emotional and so beautifull. For some people this may sound chezzy or fluffy but for me its very special. I bought this cd today and I don't know how easy it is to find it, but If you do, just give it try. How about the tracklist then? I must say that the only minus is that the tracks are pretty much the same...you have a rolling bassline, the pure spiritual healing sound (the sound that the track starts with). And the base is always shifting like spiritual healing..for exampel A-G-F-G (for the people that understands that) Track 1-4 great, 5 is good, 6 is ok..and 7-9 is great.I really love this CD and everyone who loves melodies and sometimes clubby MUST! Try this...Great for the morningand especially for home listening..A very STRONG 8/10 BOM! Quote
DeathPosture Posted October 9, 2001 Posted October 9, 2001 I've had this since it came out, and man - am I glad I got it for free... very boring cheese clubby stuff... I'd have to be in a very weird mood to enjoy this... Perhaps some day I will... But seriously, there is SO much better stuff out there!... 3/10! Quote
Lemmiwinks Posted October 9, 2001 Posted October 9, 2001 i agree with cyko00 and DeathPosture...this is so bad...i can't believe it...don't buy it! Quote
mahoney Posted October 9, 2001 Posted October 9, 2001 Just downloaded a few tracks, and sorry, bu I have to agree to the above writers, this sucks big time. Don´t like anything about it. Quote
Guest Dubi Posted October 9, 2001 Posted October 9, 2001 I just got this cd and I want to say, this is not psytrance, this is club trance, very like yahel. baaa. 0.5/10 Quote
Guest Trancers303 Posted October 9, 2001 Posted October 9, 2001 As i said...it is sometimes Chezzy and Fluffy but its very nice to listen to..and its very emtional..but yes it is chezzy...anyway..still a strong 8 from me..we don't have the same taste i guess..hehe Quote
Guest electronoise Posted October 12, 2001 Posted October 12, 2001 I know this guy, he lives 3 blocks from my house he learns at my school. i dont really like this, too cheasy and too yahel like. and i think club-trance sucks ass Quote
Guest rx7style Posted October 13, 2001 Posted October 13, 2001 This sounds like overly forced melodic... AKA cheese. I'm starting to get a little tired of it, but at least the production of this album is fantastic. This album is pretty uplifting music, but I couldn't seem to read much more into than that. 6/10 Quote
Guest Acidhive Posted December 29, 2001 Posted December 29, 2001 Guy?? Errmmm that's guys for you, since this project consists of 3 guys...!! :-) What's there to say about this cd? Well, describing it one would come to the obvious conclusion this sounds like Yahel only with more steady melodies. (ie they get in your head more... listen to track 1 and suddenly in the midst of a day you'll get it in your head just like that) I like it... Very much so in fact. All tracks have that melodic edge about them that's so very rare in psytrance nowadays. And no, this does NOT sound childish or anything, it's just good music... At least to my ears it is... Well, verdict time then... Solid 8/10 here. Especially that wonderful first track is definately worth mentioning here.... !! And maybe I'm just a sucker for that Yahel style, since I also happen to like Yahel's music a lot!! Quote
Guest st.balam[at]worldmexico[dot]com Posted January 23, 2002 Posted January 23, 2002 i'm the trace... 9.5/10 Quote
Guest RooMusH Posted April 13, 2002 Posted April 13, 2002 hehhe ) it was made on Fast Tracker 2 so for Fast Tracker it's pretty cool, but the track are the same. They are my good friends except Yaki, he fucked the other two, and they didn't get any of the feedback.but now Alex makes one heck of a GMS stylee and Vitaly make Quirk alike stuff . Quote
Jalliuz Posted May 4, 2002 Posted May 4, 2002 i like every style in its way, and i like this cd in its way, it does sound like yahel yes... but i think it's pretty good music, sounds are full and gets to you with emotion Quote
Guest earthborn44[at]hotmail[dot]com Posted August 5, 2002 Posted August 5, 2002 Very nice, epic morning trance, or very cool on a sunset on a beach, fast and melodic, some can call chessy, but maybe more deep for others, very danceable music, goes nice with yahel, emuna, asura, astrix (the israeli), or holy men. Jon Cocco Posted February 24, 2008 Posted February 24, 2008 This is one of the most emotive psytrance albums I've ever heard. Naturally, you have to be the right mood for more comtemplative, emotive melodies. People who enjoyed Emuna may enjoy this. Imagine if Emuna was or went Full On back in the day, but with just as much emphasis on melodies and you have this. I've always liked this album and surprised to see the mixed reviews above. But to each his/her own. Quote
Riton Posted May 29, 2008 Posted May 29, 2008 I very much enjoy this, but as specified previously, you gotta like this particular subgenre. Quote
Sideffect... Posted July 2, 2008 Posted July 2, 2008 I very much enjoy this, but as specified previously, you gotta like this particular subgenre.same over here, as a general trance lover I can enjoy this album just like I enjoy a good nithzo track 1 time in the month in a certain mood... Quote
