I was about to give up on 3D Vision because they didn´t evolve as a

label anymore, but now I have changed my opinion. This release by

Droidsect (L. Achintre, R. Befort, V. Collomp & J. Fougea ???) has

something more than just the usual 3D Vision-ingredients, high bpm and

lots of energy. I think that this ep sounds more like something that´s

coming out of the finnish forests than from france. It´s not as crazy

and mental as most of the Exogenic stuff but it´s still daft enough to

make me smile. These two tracks should work really well on the

dancefloor and I must say that this is the best release from 3D Vision

since the Wizzy Noise EP (Dark City/This Is The End). "Invasion From

Outer Space" (9/10) has several similarities with the Hux Flux track

"Bring Your Own BIOS". It has the same kind of energy and there´s loads

of crazy sounds, even a couple of R2D2-samples at the end of the track.

This is peak-hour-material for any dj who spins full-on stuff and if the

first half of the track had been as massive as the end... well... I

would then have given it a 10/10. "The Box" (8/10) is a killertrack too,

very suitable for the middle of the night. This must be one of the

strongest releases this year if we talk about energetic

dancefloorfriendly full-on stuff. I really like it!

Would someone please enlighten me on what the difference is between droidsect

and droidlock? Are they the same? Is there no connection whatsoever?

Droidsect is some French dudes. Droidlock is a guy named Dhya from South

Africa. Dhya is also one half of Snug as a Bug.

An amazing ep from 3DVision. For me, the real jem is the B-Side...the Box.

This song rocks bigtime!!! Both tracks are totally full-on and twisted.

Highly Recommended. 10/10
