Guest dEc-0-y_
V/A - Jokers Files 2 Artist: Various Title: Jokers Files 2 Label: MDMA Date: 2002 Track listing: 01. 8'36" Visual Paradox : My 02. 8'55" Echotek : Offline 03. 7'55" Pixel : Spliff Connection 04. 9'03" Sandman : The Dark Side 05. 7'51" Pixel vs Dj Dede : Quickly 06. 6'55" Sesto Sento : O.B. Beats 07. 7'06" PPS Project : Craft 08. 9'03" System Beat : Plastic Demon 09. 8'57" Groove Manipulation : DimDuMim Review: t1: a pretty average track, kinda plain, nice kick, not much more to say about it t2: Nice opening followed by a pretty hard kick. this track stays pretty interesting until abooout the 5 minute mark... then it kinda gets CHEESY/boring and theres some bad sampling (pretty cool sample tho) t3: Noisy intro and progessive start... very NICE kick and bassline ...around the 3 minute mark it breaks and gets all noisy and dark, pretty cool atmosphere. it doesnt change much but its got a nice vibe and changes enough not to be boring, i like this one. t4: greatNESS!! so far this is the best track ive heard on the cd.it has a softer kick but it fits very well , good samples and sampling, and nice floating melodies. t5: judging by the begining this sounds very promising....this track has a toy like sound to it, very pleasant. t6: mainly a progessive percussion based trak .. nice percussion tho =) t7: I have been hearing good stuff from this new group, watch out for these guys releases they are getting better and better . this track is one of their better ones, their style is very hard and battle-like. t8: ehhs kinda boring. t9: nothing special... overview: not the greatest home listening material but probley some ok dance floor stuff. favorite tracks: 3,4!!!,5,6,7 rating: 6/
Guest theorem
I bought it only for the Sandman track, which does not dissapoint, but the rest of the cd is kinda blah. It does not really have much to offer exept for a few moments of bliss, followed by long periods of boredom.

seraph
Don't have the first Joker's Files but this one is pretty dissapointing...Monotone Progressive Trance and it even came out of Israel, the only place I would expect that they wouldn't make this kind of music...There are some funky tunes too but this compilation actually sucks as a whole...The only good songs are : QUICKLY and CRAFT...5/
