Guest jonas
I think it sounds like tracked music.
Guest psykosnoopy[at]clix[dot]pt
I´ve been hearing this album for a LOT of time now...it´s how i first met psy trance...and it´s already "sentimental" to me.I DEMAND respect to erez aizen and all his work(although i´d like him to go solo...).This album is pure magic. Guest [Anonymous]
Hey, this was made on a tracker! Uh...so I guess I like tracker music. After all, I never knew that decent music becomes bad if you find out it's made on software you don't like.
Guest [Anonymous]
i have this album, and it has a very different cover...whats happening? : )....yeah very good tracker tunes... it has a very energic trance perspective, all the songs are very fullon goa, but not very melodic (tnx god) , the only think that i doesnt like is its superficiality, i mean, it has no deep message to discover, like no feelings, maybe cuz the tracker, maybe cuz the amount of people that work here.... its killer trance... 8/
Guest admin[at]profanity[dot]dk
I simply don't like this album, and I never had. I don't really care if it's made on a tracker or what it is, it just doesn't do anything for me. Sure, there's a lot of power in the music, but for me it just sound aged and cheesy. I like a lot of Erez' earlier work though - especially "The Gathering".

Blubber
Artist: Erez Aizen & some of his bunch Title: The Light of Shidapu Label: good ol SST - when they were young... Released: 1999 1. Virtual Voyage - 144 BPM 2. Phantom Signal (Remix) - 146 BPM 3. Prince of the Dolls - 148 BPM 4. Equilibrium - 150 BPM 5. Diffusion - 153 BPM 6. Santorini - 150 BPM 7. Walk to Light - 150 BPM 8. In Dream - 145 BPM 9. Aquamarine - 85 BPM Oh boy, how I loved the first Shiva Space Compilations. Got me into Goa, amongst others, but had a serious replay value for me. Like this here. Interesting to see that this was a real lovers/haters-release here back then. Impulse Tracker? I thought that the people back then were more open-minded. Yeah, I know, critics were always on the run. Just surprised that the opinions about Erez' early works differ into black and white just like about Putins unselfish Crimea-Help. Old opinions aside, test the time. For myself, this still stands in the Light. Power, Feeling, Heart, Soul. Recklessness, Easyness, Playfulness. Nostalgia breathes through every track segment - inhale, hold, exhale. Aaaaaaaahh - juicy stuff. Full of great melodies, not too ethnic, pseudo-spiritual seriousness, more easy-going, uplifting nitzo-simplicity with some silly-brilliantly melodic excursions. The breakdowns engaging, smile-inducing, predictable but in-time. The bass, the kicks, some harder, some softer - never sounds polished, sterile, soulless. I seriously want to clap to the music sometimes - and I normally hate hands-in-the-air-clapping. If you're a Erez-homie or true collector you should own this because the number of releases like this is - I think - quite low. If you can't listen without analyzing, well, the Tracker software might distract you. Me? In Dream's turn now, i have to do some claps...
