Guest AtomikElf
SUN Project - Macrophage Artist: SUN Project Title: Macrophage Label: Spirit Zone Date: 1998 Track listing: 01. 09'16" Space Dwarfs 02. 07'28" Spaceships And Spacepeople 03. 07'36" Dance Of The Witches 04. 09'12" I Feel 05. 06'14" The Saw 06. 08'40" Sex, Drugs And Acidtrance 2 07. 07'22" Frisco Machines 08. 07'23" Energia Magica 09. 06'13" From Dusk Till Dawn Review: this is an excellent cd. filled with energy, and bursting with positive vibes!!! i like all the songs. some are excellent, some are okay, but in general, a fine cd. the only thing is, i have 3 of them on other cd compilations, so you might wanna check that out first. although with this cd, i have the order they were intended so the feel of flow is there. the last song is really cool too, with a woman's voice - she sounds beautiful ;-D. rating 8/
Anoebis
By far the best CD of SUN-Project!! This CD is full with great Goa-songs, some with guitars (specially Spaceships And Spacepeople) and some other are very uplifting Psy-Trance songs!!!! I like Space Dwarfs the most... I simply can't describe it, but that song is so full with energy... Best songs are 1,2,3,5,6&8 Buy it if you can find it!!! unit_
Pretty good cd but I don't quite like all the guitar sounds. The best song is with no doubt Space Dwarfs which is absolutly lovely. The other tunes are good or ok aswell but nothing compared to space dwarfs. Since most of the tunes isn't exactly my style I can't give this album more than 6/10. Guest SpaceCowboy2002[at]hotmail[dot]c
Head and shoulders over their previous album Drosophilia, this one has depth, entrancing flavor, and attitude. Makes you feel closer to knowing what it would be like to contact space angels on a mission. It flows well and winds down in tempo at the end, leaving you satisfied and looking forward to another listen. Some tracks stand out more than the others, namely the first four and track 8. These tracks dignify a semantic rating of excellent. Can assist you in reaching the Spirit Zone. 8.5 out of 10.

Guest hoax[at]cybergal[dot]com
Buy it. Some of the best album that was ever made. Full of good stuff for your legs. The other albums from SUN Project are not so strong, listen into before buy! Best songs: all If you can see them live -> DO IT! 10/
Children
Pretty Good album, but the problem with this one is that there's too many guitars not used in a good way in my opinion ... nevertheless I don't think there's any Bad Track (even if Tracks 2&9 are really average) and my favourite are Tracks 8 And by far 1 ! Rating : 6/
Guest AlexG
well, you can't really complain about guitars with s.u.n. project because that's what they do! and out of all groups who have attempted to blend guitars and trance, i must say s.u.n. project are one of the best, along with the few tracks that infected mushroom has done (but they don't make guitars their specialty), and tim schuldt. if you really wanna hear bad guitars, just listen to johann bley's latest disaster =). anyway, about the album: i can't decide whether i like this one or s.u.n.'s latest, "paranormal", more, but it's definately one of their best 2. "space dwarfs" is an amazing song, pure, powerful goa-trance that's just bursting with energy. but i'm surprised nobody has said anything about "dance of the witches": that song is so wicked! the guitar riffs are sick, and that spooky melody does the job wonderfully! by far my favorite guitar/trance-blend track ever made! these 2 tracks are the best of the cd, along with the beautiful chill tracks at the end. 9/
Guest Per Sterud
One of my favorites. This stuff is rip-roarin' and expertly crafted. I just ordered their two most recent albums and hope that they're as good as Macrophage.
Guest Maupau
"Dance of the Witches" is the best song S.U.N. has ever made! I fell in love with it the first time I heard it. Get this album!

Jeff
I like the first two songs pretty much, the rest is average, not uplifting enough for me. 5/
Guest fheierli[at]mails[dot]ch
I only know tracks 3,7 and 8. Track 3 is one of the best SUN-Tracks i ever heard, really good guitar riffs and a dark flute-melodie at the beginning and the end. Track 7 is also very good, but by far not so good how Dance of the Witches. Track 8 is a nice ambient-track with beautiful melodies and female voices. I like this tracks
Guest gbantel[at]goatrance[dot]com
This album is, with Paranormal, the best of SUN Project. Every track here has its special moments, except for track 6. Space Dwarfs (01) is amazing, without guitars but simply amazing, Dance Of The Witches is the best guitar track of the album, one of the best of their carrer. Track 04 is also amazing, it makes you travel through trance, and is followed by sounds from India, on track 05, forming an excelent sequel. Also Frisco Machines is a highlight, with its heavy guitar riffs. This album is pure traveling and it's a classic, surely. Rating 9.5/10 (if only track 6 was better)
Guest Polarbaer
spaceships & spacepeople and dance of the witches kick ass, but the other tracks are good too, 8/

seraph
Huh, those guitars...good textures and melodies and guitar that simply spoils the essence of the track...but that's my taste I guess....they have their style and I appreciate it...cause other songs are simply mind blowing : SPACE DWARFS( !!! ), THE SAW, FRISCO MACHINES, ENERGIA MAGICA, FROM DUSK TILL DAWN....7/

Trance2MoveU
Artist: S.U.N. Project Title: Macrophage Label: Spirit Zone Recordings Date: February, 1998 1. Space Dwarfs 2. Spaceships and Space People 3. Dance of the Witches 4. I Feel 5. The Saw 6. Sex, Drugs, & Acidtrance II 7. Frisco Machines 8. Erergia Magica 9. From Dusk Till Dawn This German duo (not a duo since 2011) is one of the also rans from the golden age of goa. Like an extra in Pulp Fiction...yeah you were in a really cool movie but don't ask me where. After listening their album Zwork I was ready to write them off, but this album changed all of that. Space Dwarfs is a killer bit of goa even with that annoying and utterly flow killing melody in the middle. You'll notice pretty quickly that guitar use in this album is pretty heavy. It's kinda their thing, but not in a cheesy Electric Universe way. Tracks like Spaceships and Space People as well as Dance of the Witches actually rock. I Feel is another underrated track that brings the heat. The middle of the album is interesting and entertaining, but doesn't leave a mark like the first four tracks. The last two are of the downtempo variety with Energia Magica being the more goa "ey" of the two. So all in all a good album taht won't scare me away from listening to their other stuff. I'll let you know if they're in one hit wonder territory.
