I think that this is one of Jens Paulsen's masterpieces.This album

is perfectly done-no sounds to disturb your psyche,only a bunch of

ambient/downtempo moods.It is always a great pleasure to listen to

this.The atmosphere is beautiful,if a little dark and melancholic at

some parts.And I have always thought that every Jens' composition is

equal to a classical masterpiece.Here this statement is proved

brilliantly-no bad track and many highlights.Simply it's PATCHWORK!!!

Rating:100/10.Buy if you like intelligently done ambient music.

This is a nice trip-hoppish album. It gets a bit dull at times, but this is a

skilled production worth having. In the background of doing something else,

this one shines. 8/10.

A helluva album. I took it from a friend for a week and stayed with me for a

fucking half a year. In the end he took it back. Just beautiful.

Actually I just listened to this on my new stereo (moved to Australia, took the

opportunity to sell/give away my ten-year-old-Yamaha/Paradigm configuration to

an embarrassment of riches with NAD/Numark/Mission, mmmmm). This is the sort

of disc that makes you glad you quit worrying about it and just spent too much

damn money on gear. There are details in here I had no idea about before.

Patchwork, I hardly knew ye. I can't wait to get the new one! 9.5/10 on a

nice system.
