mahoney
Tromesa - Owig Weg / Migot Komorek Artist: Tromesa Title: Owig Weg / Migot Komorek Label: Spiral Trax Date: 2000 Track listing: 01. Owig Weg 02. Migot Komorek Review: A great EP from our Polish friends Tromesa. The theme for this EP is Progressiv Trance. It takes of with "Owig Weg" which consists of Screechie effects on top of a quite happy melodie. The bassline is very cool and the drum kicks azzz, it´s so hard!! There is also some floating atmospherich sounds so you can use this as morning music aswell. But can be used as a nightstomper to!!! =) "Migot Komorek" is more of a pure stomp-track. The happy melodie is gone and here you can find more of those screechie details and alot more psychedelic sounds! Dark & Heavy! Should be played at a huge soundsystem! Do you like the Internatinalism comp??? If so, you´ll love this one. No grades though, thats up to u!
ukiro
Migot Komorek fucking ROCKS. The bass is awesome and the ultra quirky sounds on top are very cool. This is music for the deep forest parties... I hope to hear this at some outdoor event this summer, that'd rock. This is like a cross-breed of the bass and funk of Son Kite and the nuttiness of Hux Flux. Excellent.
Guest gizmo
Expect great Tromesa's album on Spiral Trax International (April 2001)called "Pseudomental" - wierd sounds & very progressive minimal trance with extra original bassline

Guest Mescalinium
Owig-Weg is definately one of my favorite tracks at the moment. It has a nice bouncy bassline, but still has this dark edge to it. On the other end of the audio spectrum there are these weird twisting liquidy type sounds. Really Cool! I havn't listened to the b-side much, but the album is excellent as well. Highly recommended.
