Review:

 

I was walking in the Carmel Market in Israel when I saw this CD. I never saw

this CD in any other goa shops.

I looked at the tracklist & decided to buy it. I was not disappointed.

This is a good compilation. Some of the tracks are very dark and minimalistic,

and some are not.

Track 1 "Synchro - Elektrik", starts out as very minimalistic track, not allot

of sounds, just a bassline, some percussions and

a few effects. After four minutes, the track gets real energetic, with an

electrifying tune that does'nt stop untill the end.

Track 2 "XV Kilist - Deremover", is a very minimal track. It does'nt develope

very much and stays pretty much the same, but still,

I like this track, because all the sounds are sincronized very well, but this

is not really for the dance floor, because it is a bit slow.

Track 3 "Cosmocachaos - Fields of Vibration" is a Killer for the dance floor.

It starts with a dark atmosphere and developes.

after 2 minutes there is a great tune that gets me high in the sky, Very good

track.

Track 4 "3 Point Turn - Blank", is a very dark track. It has good percussions

and a very stomping sound. Towards the end of track, there are some wierd

sounds witch give a cool atmosphere. Track 5 "Dimesion 5 - Transfomation" is a

moring track.

This track is old-school goa, and it is not a very good track because it stays

on the same tune all the time. I don't think this track belongs on this

compilation, and it really screws-up the atmosphere of this CD. Track 6 "Hux

Flux - Bring your owns Bios",

Is a great track. It has great crazy effects and a really twisted sound. Total

night time madness, I love it.

Track 7 "Synchro - Magnetic", is another good track. It is quite minimal and it

is has industrial sounds witch repeat themselves.

Good track, but not a masterpiece. Track 8 "Die Sonne - The Rip", is the

darkest, and most minimalistic track on this compilation.

Good Dark tunes, but not enough effects and percussions. I would say that this

track has potential, but Die Sonne did'nt do enough with it.

All together, this a good compilation. Excellent for dark parties at night with

a full moon, but not for listening at home.

All the tracks are good ( Tracks 2 and 6 are the best ), exept track 5, witch

is a bad track in my opinion, and it does'nt belong in this comp. I give it

8/10..

I agree with you "Slidingtrancer", the D5 track is very good!! perhaps this

track shouldn't be in this CD but these sounds and melodies are perfectly

executed!! Otherwise, the Huxflux track is very intersting too...6.5/10
