Its good but, not as good as I had hoped. I would have bought it just for the Spirallianz, Wizzy Noise and Necton tracks alone, which are all good. The Haldolium track I just don't like. Too light and annoying lyrics. The rest is solid though and it delivers. 8/10 (extra points for the Necton/Spirallianz and Wizzy). Quote

Similar sounds, but doing the job. the Haldolium track is kinda wierd.. heh vocals.. they are allright...they are experimenting with a new style... I don't understand why they included SBK as it's released on their cd-album. But the rest of tracks are either unreleased or only out on vinyl so why not release it on cd for us who don't have a turntable? My favourite tracks are 1,6 and 8! I give this 8/10. Quote

(Say it to yourself -- "Psycho-tainment." It isn't even a proper pun. It's like the Sprit Zone guys heard Twisted's "Dementertainment" and thought, "Hey, we can be witty, too!") I'm disappointed by Etnica's increasingly lax compositions. They did some neat stuff on Africa 2000, but these dark tracks have so little to them. // Couldn't Haldolium have chosen someone who could actually SING to do their vocals? The guy sounds like there's a clothespin on his nose and kazoo in his larynx. // Bitch, bitch, bitch... Quote

Guest guero Posted May 15, 2002 Posted May 15, 2002 good compil. sangeets song kicks ass, full of power. the voice in the haldolium's song fits great with the song which starts with a melodic dark synth sound, and the powers up with a good bassline and strong beat. sbk also kicks ass, and spirallianz wow. the deep melody sounds like the alice's dj "better off alone" one but it's more complex and darker. played it in a party an people started floating. wizzy noise and etnica, best tracks in the album next to the haldoliums one.
