GMS - Shrek

[Guest Le Lotus Bleu]

Just some words to add that Shrek got a sample gimmick which comes back often

during the track. This sound is like a door opening with an amplified grinding

and confers crazyness to this track. I already heard this same sound in the

intro of Dominatrix by Psysex, check iton their hardcore blastoff album.

About Black Hole, i just can say that it's better worked and less easy, A

little preference for this one even if Shrek is good too.

rating :8/10 but it would have better that Spirit Zone put these 2 tracks

directly on No Rules album in order to release a real full album and not a 60

minutes one (too short in my mind).

Review:

 

This EP has the ordinary GMS sound. But compared to some

tracks on their new album I like this more. Sounds more

thought out. Good percussion and a rolling basslines.

The bassline in Black Hole is just perfect. And the melodies

creatated with the original GMS noise is good in both tracks.

I think you can guess what you will get with this one.
