Starship 101 is exactly the same mix as on Alien protein album. I heard Full-on

first time on this record, and I have no idea is it released before or not.

Neither of the tracks is the best quality Etnica has produced, and is capable

of bringing to you, but these are anyway very good tracks. Quality Etnica

stuff is time worth the 9/10.

The proper, full side vinyl mastering for the Full On track still does its thing. In the same vein as Mind Altering Drugs, the difference in sound quality between any given CD version of either one of these tracks and the 12" versions are very audiable.

The long lasting, deep, magnificently produced sound brought on this classic vinyl still kills it, at least in my living room. While the A side, Starship 101, does not bounce off that much from the "Alien protein" version, sound wise that is, the flip is a real treat. A full side of a slab, with every note and groove carefully engraved into the vinyl for your maximal listening experience. A true classic, and to make things even more interesting, the only place you can hear Full On in its full, unmixed and unedited beauty is this superb 12" release from 1996! Get it, do not hesitate- just go!

Along with the 1999 "Polar EP", the "Starship 101/Full On 12"" is, in terms of sound quality and detail, the finest vinyl release courtesy of Etnica I own. Both are great releases in their own right and in their own historical context.
