Guest implant
Well I'm back now...what is important is that I was on litle mini electro festival called "Entrance" in MonteNegro...what is even more important that the third day was reserved for Psy Trance...so the main stars were Tsouyoshi Suzuki (I'm sorry if the name is spelled wrong), Dino Psaras and Synchro (but I haven't seen him)... well first to say something about Tsouyoshi's set...he played some weirdo dancefloor killer tracks....they are all very simple and not very complex but also all have that stomping rythms and are very groovey and body moving... btw. his set was about 3hrs long....and crowd was alywas on their feet... Dino Psaras came to play at about 3am till 6am....and when the crowd was already tired he managed somehow to keep it dancing all the way... I mean his set was brilliant....some great atomic stuff....very, very energetic...No one even thought to go to sleep...everybody was still there when he finished....I myself went to sleep around 7:30 and the place was still crowded .... Grade for Tsouyoshi: 8 and for Dino: 9.8 )))) and I must say this too .... the organization of the party was very very bad... I mean most people have better light in their bedrooms:((...and the sound could be much much better too...;((( The feeling is that the organizers did the party just to take the money and run....very unproffesional.... PS. One more thing....Tsouyoshi stayed at house next to mine so I accidentaly met him when he was arriving and helped him to find his place... anyway I used the chance to inform him about our site....He said that he'll visit it..................! Well, I don't think he will......but it was worth a shot....))
Guest implant
One more thing.....I video taped the party so if Children agrees maybe we can do some RealVideo.....
Guest Jikkenteki
The proper spelling of his name is Suzuki Tsuyoshi, or to us Westerns Tsuyoshi Suzuki. In recent years he has moved away from the old Goa stuff him and the Matsuri crew were known for, but even in the stuff he spins today there is still that sort of tribal element floating around linking things. I saw him a couple times last year in Kyoto and even though he wasn't spinning goa he still managed to fit his sets in pretty well to the overall vibe of the parties I saw him at. Guest Jikkenteki
I'm sure from a goa purist standpoint you could say that Tsuyoshi has gone commercial these days, but I personally don't think you can say he is "truely" commercial (nor is anyone really in this genre. When we have a multi-million selling psy-trance record maybe we can start talking commercial). Even in Japan where he is a big deal (at least he was about a year ago not too long after he moved back there), you still won't see him anywhere on the top 10 sales charts are anything. Its all relative. I still enjoy alot of what he is doing these days mix-wise and with Joujouka, even if it isn't goa. And really, if you enjoy it, who really cares if it is commercial, popular, underground or what not.....
