Insejn
GMS - The Hits Artist: GMS Title: The Hits Label: TIP World Date: 2002 Track listing: 01. 1.3 Crumbs 02. The Caterpillar 03. Veloceraptor 04. Do Androids Dream Of Electric Sheep 05. The Big Ship 06. On A Mission For God 07. Jaws 08. Medieval Times 09. Do You Seek Knowledge In Time Travel? 10. Halloween Review: I GMS collection of old, well, there are some pretty new tracks. I have heard these tracks before and my guess is that you have that to. Maybe not all but many. And I say as I always do about GMS releases. 'Nothing we haven't heard from them before'. Good about this is that you get some old jewels and a little feeling of the oldscool sound again. If that's what you seek. Best tracks imo: 5, 6 and 8. Final Verdict: 7/
Basilisk
Sacrilege!!!! I find the worst songs here to be the newer ones... I much prefer Jaws, The Caterpillar, Do You Seek..., and Veloceraptor. Special mention must be given to "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep", a very rare song completely worthy of a PKD title. Also, 1.3 Crumbs is a psychedelic masterpiece with some of the best sample work I've ever heard... alas, this is just repackaged junk in an over-saturated market. If you own NO gms at all you might as well get this but its pretty useless otherwise (unless you can't find the older songs, as some are compilation-only releases, or from 12"s or mixes). They're really milkin' the market here.
Guest Epic Automata
Agree with Basilisk. I've only heard a few GMS tracks from comps - never really got into them. So I decided to get a "best of" to check them out. I'm pretty pleased with the sound. It's nothing mind-blowing, but it does apply to certain moods when nothing else fits. And yes, the samples on 1.3 Crumbs are some of the best I've ever heard, and I'm not much of a sample guy. Now I can say I'm familiar with the GMS sound. I'm not rushing out to get anything else by them.

Guest Acidhive
Well fuck me, this isn't what Psytrance is about! Psytrance is supposed to be underground music isn't it? Well, making a 'hits' album.. for crying out loud, can it get any more commercial?? Anyway, some good tracks here, but most of 'em you will already own if you like this crew. So.. total waste of money and time here. 2/
Ormion
Nice selection of tracks here. Not all of them are great but Jaws and Medieval Times are totally awesome! The first one has some of the wildest 303 and the second one a final melody that sticks to your mind. 7.5/
