Guest Vbrunner
Atomic Pulse - The Safi Collection Artist: Atomic Pulse Title: The Safi Collection Label: Spectrum Date: 2002 Track listing: 01. Digital Self 02. Prince Of Paranoia (Pressure Mix) 03. Element (Rmx) 04. Sycho Active 05. Life Force 06. The Clone 07. Monster DNA (Rmx) 08. Cyber Technology 09. Synch Meter Review: Uninnovative, uninspired and unimpressive copy of Alien Project, with less atmosphere and quality than AP's latest album. It's not bad, but certainly not very good either - as standard as it gets. Slightly better than the Safi Connection album. A few tracks would work as fillers on the dance floor, but there's nothing to get anyone particularly excited. Please guys, a bit more originality than this is needed. Guest Le Lotus Bleu
Atomic Pulse ? The Safi Collection Atomic pulse are Tamir Ozana and Yair Bar-On. All tracks are credited to them ; except track 2 by Tamir + dj Mishel, remixed by Tamir + Yair track 7 by Tamir + Avi Shmailov (Astrix) remixed by Tamir + Yair Atomic Pulse has very close sounds and constructions from Astrix?s work as Tamir made many collaborations with Avi. The global sound content is on one hand slighty rougher (Tracks 3,5,6 )on the other hand groovier (track1,4,7) than Astrix. There are also some more morning harmonies all along the tracks especially tracks 2,8, 9. By moments i got the impress to only listen to something close to Scientific Reality (track 3), or sometimes seems quick & a bit flat and that?s all. As a result, this release is pretty nice but not far as as Astrix?s stuffs, nevertheless this one should suits to major part of astrix?s fans. But definitively, It still lacks something in the production to really reach the smashing hits status. I hope that the Atomic Pulse boys will make some more work efforts on their forthcoming debut album as for the moment the musical result isn?t fresh enough for me but largely worth checking it. No Real highlights but LOTS of nice moments :1(+),2,3(++),5(+),6,7,9(++). Mark : 7/
Jalliuz
Yes not a bad cd... but what are you gonna do? Brake it down? For me it's a nice one... and does has it's drive in it... Maybe it sounds like 'been there done that' but that is for me no reason to dislike it. This style of music just works. Just think about whats good about it. A 7/10 with a great thank you to the artist. Keep on the good work man! I hope i can give you a 10/10 one day
seraph
Pretty good and psychedelic album...For me, better than Astrix's Eye To Eye cause it is more chaotic and skillfull..Some tracks aren't that interesting but there are pretty interesting songs : DIGITAL SELF, PRINCE OF PARANOIA RMX, LIFE FORCE, MONSTER DNA, SYNCH METER...8/
