Guest connor[at]mind[dot]net
Treibstoff - TNT / Nautilus Artist: Treibstoff Title: TNT / Nautilus Label: Medium Date: 2002 Track listing: 01. 07'56" TNT 02. 08'57" Nautilus Review: Nautilus is a slow and trancey tune with slow progressions and a very light feel. This is for the evening warm-up, I wouldn't play this at any other time or else I'd risk clearing the floor. Also a good song to have playing while you sit around the house, or are chilling or something. Its nice and light and doesn't really make me want to move, but some may get a kick out of it. TNT flows along a similar path of trancey lightness. This one would work in the morning I'm sure, but maintains a home enjoyment feel for me for the majority of the track. Some work with pads about one half way through the track make it a nice morning tune for that period after the sun has risen and people need to lighten up. A goa-ish slow melody arrives in the last two minutes, which I would normally approve of, but this just doesn't sound that good to me. Really nothing new that you havn't heard before. This won't add much to your collection, but it might not hurt if you frequently play morning spots. Generally I would say, however, there are much better tracks than these for the time-slot they are aimed for.
