Guest Ubik
Excellent ! Time Dilation is one of the best Pleiadians' tracks, amazing, really uplifting. Beside Whirling Dervish, that I don't like that much, all the other tracks are great (Even Robotised, which is weird, as usual with Quirk . You have to know that Typhoon = Total Eclipse, Inscape = Indoor (with Ofer D. Endora is Boris Blenn aka Electric Universe... Best Matsuri comp for sure. 8.5/
Guest Dead74
I'm not super crazy about old-school trance, and this stuff is definatly old-school. I really like the Pleiadians track, but they always come correct, so that's not a surprise. The rest, it's mostly melodic trance, and it's not very dynamic. It's a standard compilation. 6/

Spiritual Carnage
This has got to be the best Pleiadians track (or at least in top3). Amazing!
rino
Not only does this have what is arguably Pleiadians' all time greatest track, but the rest of this CD is loaded with memorable tracks as well. This has got to be my favorite old school goa trance compilation, and if I got that one wrong, then it has got to be the one with the most rotation in my player during the last decade and some change. From the classic opener by the Pleiadians and the finest of the three versions of Astral Projection's Time Began With The Univers, to Quirk's trippy, robotic and sinister Robotized, followed by two storming tracks which are exclusive to this compilation, Whirling Dervish and Sedom, both of which end up exploding with thick and dense layers of effects and lead melodies, and then ending things by closing with two very melodic, catchy and immortal tracks, involving highly acclaimed producers like Boris Blenn, Kristian Thinning and Tsuyoshi Suzuki. In brief, I see no flaws here. Apart from Typhoon's Overure, which hasn't aged as well as the remaining music here (which is often case with a lot of Total Eclipse's older tracks), the other tracks here are all vintage old school stompers. Be it amazing and complex melody work, acid drenched tunes, uplifting dance floors orientated stuff or just nervous psychedelia, this release covers it all. I must have listened to this hundreds of times and have never gotten bored. From me, this one gets the maximum amount of points This is seriously good. Otherwise, I can rarely be caught playing the same release for years, but this one somehow always paves its way through to the CD player. I guess that is a valid argument in its favor. Or not...? Trance2MoveU
Artist: Various Title: The Truth of Communication Label: Matsuri Records Date: September, 1996 01. 09'59" Pleiadians : Time Dilation02. 08'46" Astral Projection : Time Began With The Universe (Another Time Mix)03. 09'22" Quirk : Robotised04. 09'45" Nervasystem : Whirling Dervish05. 08'05" Inscape : Sedom06. 08'04" Typhoon : Overture07. 07'03" Endora : Endorian Gravity08. 07'37" Kailash : Higher (Original) "Let me show you something...that will make you feel young, as when the world was new." This is a classic compilation that actually earns the high prices asked for on Discogs. Beginning with an absolute classic from the Pleiadians that will give goa trance fans more wood than a lumber yard. Hmmm...that gif up there seems even more relevant now. Astral's track is also brilliant (please come back we miss you). Of course Robotised is a perfect example of why there are no stop signs on interstates. It's a total letdown after the first two melodic gems. And 9 and a half minutes? A kick to the groin would've been less jarring. Whirling Dervish has Zion604 re-release all over it and the last track is quality through and through. The only other one that they should get a mulligan on is Overture by Typhoon. Don't let the presence of MWNN and the Antidote fool you. This blah train was on autopilot from the get go. If you can find this gem do not, I repeat do not hesitate to steal it and blame it on the old lady with the oxygen tank. Mdk
