Guest mmm...
Well, you´ve found the right place if you want to get acquainted with psy!=) That´s what I´m trying to do myself and this site has proven to be of GRRREAT help there... Perhaps you could begin with the "highlighted" albums of the reviews. (The most recommended albums are marked with the red colour there.) But don´t trust the reviews too much, ´cause even B.P. Empire has its good parts;P People have different tastes so after all the best way to go is to trust your own! So maybe you´d like to take some particular good artist under observation at a time and use the Goa Links section to get further (find artists´ sites with discographies etc.). That´s what I´m doing myself and it´s great fun and interesting, I can tell! Now that you´re familiar with Hallucinogen, the next thing to listen - imo -would absolutely be some further twisted sound: Shpongle and Younger Brother. And if you haven´t heard the Live @ DNA Lounge by Hallucinogen, go get it! (amazing...=)
Guest JanUa
imo BP-empire isn't by far their worst ... it is a master piece just like the others ... but maybe you could start by buying also some of the classic albums ... old etnica, astral projection, hallucinogen ... and then follow the evolution that took place in the world of psychedelic trance ... i think it would help you understand and apreciate more music and get better insights ... just a thought ... Strumpling
Ketamainia! Hey man welcome to the forums Glad you found us out here: If you enjoy Infected Mushroom, you might want to look into Shpongle - Although not really psytrance, its right up an infected-fan's alley, IMO. -=- Matt/Strumpling -=- KoxBox - look into those guys for some masterful psytrance as well

Guest polaris
welcome! it's great to start with some of the more classic groups but, I just got the new Logic Bomb and it's amazing! I think it would give you a good chance to see how far the music has advanced to... the choice is yours though, listen to all of it and you'll eventually determine what sounds you like better and what moves you the most! good luck!
