no-nonsense
Finally registered after a long time lurking the forum and perusing the reviews. I've enjoyed psychedelic trance since I first listened to it in 1998, at an Amsterdam coffee shop called Baba during a Eurorail summer trip. Some weeks later I purchased "Black Rhino" and Matsuri's "Forever Psychedelic" and got hooked, becoming a regular (yet non-exclusive) listener of the genre. To illustrate my taste I've uploaded my first attempt at a mix, made to introduce trance to some friends of mine. I used a very nice piece of software called Dekstasy and I reckon it probably sucks from every technical perspective, but it's quite listenable. http://s50.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=19HYUU0...XW1KT4NWV3XIXYG Tracklist follows: 1. Global Communication - 0 53 (0:54) 2. Luna Eclipse - The Return Home (Solar Mix) (6:14) 3. Prana - Taiyo (3:23) 4. Manmademan - Desire (Bumbling Loons Remix) (5:52) 5. no-nonsense
Bienvenido Not many psyheads in our city, don't you think? 502960 Well, my involvement in the scene is not much deeper than private listening. I'm aware of the Selenium parties and other stuff, but the people I usually hang out with are not into dance music at all, and I'm getting a bit too lazy to attend parties alone. There could be thousands of other 'closet psytrancers' around and we wouldn't know. :-)
Sick Bastard
eh sick bastard!where are you lost man? 503235 Voyeur mode on I've been quiet lately but i'm always keeping an eye on you guys Well, my involvement in the scene is not much deeper than private listening. Bad times at Selenium lately, my last visits have been quite disappointing. At least rave season it's about to arrive. Just a matter of taste, i guess. Straight home listening keeps you away from temporary mainstreams for sure, but i love clubbing and raving Anyway, i'm glad of finding neighbours around here. Tashira is the official Spain resident on the forum and she has a lovely writing style. Lobo is another spanish mate but i haven't seen him here since long time ago. Nice track selection. The Delta's ''as child...'' it's awesome. I'll give a listen to your mix as soon as posible. Hope you have a nice time and learn as much as i do. D3lirious, as far as i'm concerned there's not a big psy scene in Madrid but in the last 4 or 5 years have been growing up pretty much. It's still a while before psytrance reach the same level of our neighbours from France or Portugal though.
