The greek problem

Recommended Posts

Somebody in Greece holding a quite famous label is trying to fuck a lot of other labels, telling lies to artists, offering money, promising success and gigs & glory. Sad it is that the most of the time promises remain promises and do not become facts. Why these people (and you should know who I mean) do not go back to the house music attitude with all their cocaine, groupies, bodybuilders and similar shit. Stop the greek madness, do not turn our beautiful movement in a question of pure business...

it's of no surprise to me.

having played in Greece many many times and traveled there for 5 months I have seen a lot of promoters (no labels in 1996-1997) and Dj's fight eachother avery single day. It's a greek mafiosi thing :-)

Some promoters even go so far as planting drugs in eachothers clubs / venues and then call the police. Thta happened to a very nice blike in Thessaloniki. He and his girlfriend ended up in jail for 4 years.

Some Greek promoters and labels stink.
