Guest r2d2
I guess you can try Dimension 5-Transdimensional. I'd also say that D5-Transdimensional has lighter coloured melodies while Cydonia-In Fear..is somewhat darker..
Guest the polinick
and u can still try tortured brain cuz it keeps the atmosphere....
Otto Matta
I agree - very fat. Schuldt comes closest, like kinkdog says. I also recommend UX's Ultimate Experience, and maybe even Parasense and C.O.P. (the two combined, actually, would be very close to Cydonia). Guest r2d2
What Parasense and C.O.P. ??? The fist one is mostly new wave minimal/prog and second one X-Dreamy stuff (well actually it's a side project of one of them). To me Cydonia is more 4/4 dance floor full on melodic psychedelia and sometimes you can hear little more idustrial sound like on that RMX of Front line assembly but nothing like C.O.P. or Parasense.... Keep in mind we're talking about Cydonia-In Fear of the red planet album and NOT their later Atomic records offerings. Were you smoking something again Epic Automata? Otto Matta
Hehe. Okay, r2d2, a little bit of a stretch, but I said "maybe," first of all, and second, it's awfully hard to think of music like Cydonia and Tim Schuldt, so I did the best I could. Listen to Parasense's Mobile Love on their album, you'll see what I mean. Then listen to the fatter middle tracks on Urban Alien. I don't think it's a massive stretch. Guest Mahoney
I also think you should check out the Slide and Menis albums, both released on Atomic.
Otto Matta
Wasn't Menis released on Koyote? Maybe you're thinking of Semsis? If so, then I agree.
Guest r2d2
See I can somewhat agree with Mahoney. Slide is sometimes similar to Cydonia-In Fear... I can tell he didn't exploit any herbs while enjoying his music LOL
Guest Mahoney
Epic: Hehee.. sorry, yes I meant Semsis )). But anyway, grab Menis to, it´s also nice
