Q: Can you tell us a little about yourself to get to know you better ?

A: My name is asher (dj asherun) dj since 95. I was living in sweden for 2 years, I was pleying in:israel,goa,sweden,italy,austria,switzerland, amsterdam. I'm ito the trance music since92. I was coming to goa and doing partys over there for 6 years.

 

Q: Why did you choose the name Dance And Dust for your label ?

A: Dance n dust is the way how i see good party going on. music is good ,you dance it and dust it :-)

 

Q: How would you describe the music you project to release ?

A: Well, the music on my next for dance n dust will be psy porgressive sound, think its very good, all the tracks i'm collecting to my label they have same porgressive and psytrance that is a good mix. also all the tracks are a killer in the dance floor

 

Q: Can you give us the tracklisting and release date for your first compilation, and some information regarding the artists and music involved?

A: dance n dust rec - cd no 01:

1)e.l.f - elastic (germany):w$P by dj d_nox & lelf .dj d_nox is the a&r of tatsu rec in germany and he is a vinel dj ,pley over 10 years.

2)dogma -E2 (kroatia)they have full albom on r.t.t.s. in u.k and also 12" on hadshot.h in germany.

3)sweird + visual paradox - banana lassi (israel)this track wp by me and by bog(visual paradox.139 bpm morning sound good track for party ans for listening at home.

4)insect sun - listen (israel)w&p by ilan yaniv. the guy will have full album in hadshot.h. he is 1 of dance n dust artist ,he is also a good friend. and this track is a killer.

5)triplex - floating (u.k.)very very good sound from triplex.140 bpm of massiv sound .i like it most.

6)l.a.b -puzzel (sweden).very good track from robert ellster(vibraspher).this is a night track (noma)still.

7)matenda - smotan (sweden).good morning track from the swedish artist matenda,groovy music for party and for listen at home.

8)p.p.s - spectral beats (israel)new guys in trance signed up on hadshot rec germany.music still: psy trance.killer in party.

9)sweird - techno weird (israel).very bizzare track very good for listening at home still: psy progressive

Q: Which record labels do you appreciate, both israeli and worldwide ?

A: I like most : iboga, spirit zone, flow, twisted and digital structures.

 

Q: Tell us about the best party you have played at personally, and what made it so great.

A: The best party i have played was in swiss,on the mountains.3 days of festival, non stop music. play whith: xv kilist, atmos, space cat, netan, dj phillip(plastic park) dj momo(swiss)and jaia. 3000 freaks and good sun on acid

 

Q: With a new label popping up everyday, and the trance scene growing and getting more commercial, how do see yourself and the future of your record label. Do you ever intend to release mainstream music ?

A: Well, i don't know now if mainstream music is what i like. mainstream is something that can be changed,and what i'm doing now can be mainstream.so...its a possibility.
