Q: How & when did your Inpsyde Media adventure start ?

A: It could sound strange, but the idea of Inpsyde Media started thanks to Psynews.org global site. I personally loved the Contest idea starting an new label meant let see the light the to contest's idea, after this release we started to build the structure and upcoming plans for the newcomer label and now we are in full force.

 

Q: How did you choose the name Inpsyde Media ?

A: This name came to my mind above all considering the way I usually listen to Trance music : every time I feel that sounds and music conquer me and enter in my mind and in my body. So which could be the best "word" to explain this :

 

Inpsyde = Inside mixed with Psychedelic

 

I've decided to add the word Media above all because our goal is offer and sell music, so this should be consider a Media and a Connection between people in this wonderful world.

 

Q: Could you describe us the style of trance you want to favour to be released under your label? Do you favour a particular country in the musical orientation of your label?

A: We simply would like to offer the most innovative and quality of Trance nowadays but not forgetting about our origins, this is the reason we decided to start also a kind of sub-label called "Inpsyde Reissue" where we'll try to reissue all forgotten pearls of the Trance history.

 

Q: Could you give us a general survey of the main artists who currently release stuff under your label?

A: We've released the first contest compilation full of newcomer artists from all over the world, we have a good relationship with a lot of artists around. Promon is our first full lenght album and we strong believe in their music approach and innovative sensations.

 

Q: How do you see the future & growth of your label? What new records will you release?

A: We are working hard on a new international compilation which will be out at the end of October, early November and will include artists such as : Jahbo, Triplex, Etack, Somatic, Psy XS and others. As Inpsyde Reissue we'll have planned three Blueroom albums : Total Eclipse "Delta Aquarids", Kox Box "Dragon tales" and X-Dream "Radio". We have just released the Etnica "Alien Protein". Anyway big surprises will happen within the end of the year. Stay tuned !

 

Q: What artists would you like to work with?

A: I like a lot Paransense, Sebi-exGMS, Psyside, Serge (TE), Synthetic and others.

 

Q: Is there another particular label you appreciate a lot for its musical orientation?

A: I like very much a lot of newcomer label full of fresh ideas and artists such as : ACIDANCE, DOOF, APOXINA, NEUROBIOTIC, SUB MACHINE, TURBO TRANCE.

 

Q: Do you organize parties with your label?

A: At the moment not, but we are seriously thinking to do that maybe the next summer when our label's artist rooster will be completed

 

Q: What do you think about the psy-trance scene globally? How do you think it's evolving?

A: I think Trance scene nowadays is really powerful and innovative and a growing number of "intelligent-dance" people are enjoying the new movement of modern trance. I see a lot of new artists around ready to offer a increasing number of quality tracks. Also modern technical equipments will help all talented artists to evolve their feeling into a top quality Trance music. yes of course Mp3 traders are slowly damaging some labels and artists as well but I think true lovers of music will ALWAYS need to have original cds with original artworks and full quality sound. For all those people who is enough to have and trade Mp3 songs I could say that they're not music lovers... but simply collectors of sounds withou any respects for all artists' efforts and music feelings. So I do not care about them. For me is always a big surprise when I buy original cds and vinyls above all because I feel a complete synergy with artists and labels deep feelings and I truly enter in what they want to communicate. Enjoy this way !

 

Q: What do you think about the psy-trance scene globally? How do you think it's evolving?

A: I hope the modern Trance movement will grow in the future offering talented artists and motivated labels who strongly believe in their passion for Music !
