let me give an example

 

Hyperion - Sunflower

 

this is an awesome track yet who the fuck is hyperion ? it doesnt matter, point is there are tracks like this that you will never know about if u ask your friends what are good ARTISTS as opposed to tracks.

 

another artist i want to mention that is not known but has QUALITY shit is "liquid metal" ... he put out some great tracks back in the day but only has a few of them so is not well known, its a shame

Lemmiwinks, the teens today just know kilargh rooling bassline fullon dancefloor killargh crap artists like skazi, eskimodynamic, 1200 mics and all the other crap.

 

btw i find the whole progressive trance album by indoor one of the best albums ever done but not much people are talking about them

Well, same goes for anything pre-millenial just about. I talk to people heavily into progressive psy and they won't even know of Purple & Lunar's Subtle Thrust or anything...
