There is a possibility (small, but existent) that he's gonna use it for sharing his own tracks (I had a bunch of bad Bugbread stuff on Audiogalaxy) or for previewing (which, while illegal, is hard to regard as essentially "bad", unless the album doesn't get purchased). Don't wanna start a flame war here, I'm not talking about the validity or invalidity of pirating, just pointing out that P2P software is not synonymous with piracy, just like rolling papers are not synonymous with tha herb.
