Guest E
I just got the cdj100s and you have to hold down the auto cue button for 2 seconds and this will turn off the auto cue and vice versa. Good luck
Guest Gorgonator
Had the same prob with my cdj1000, like E says hold that sucker down for a couple of secs. Er !!
Guest alex
thanks but the pb is that there is not any auto-cue button on the cdj500. it's not a cdj500s or II, it's an old one.
Guest brent
I find that if you tap the flux capacitor with a 5/8 socket set right where the widget comes into the pump, that will do the trick... alternatively, tighten the whatzit to 16 ft/lbs using a torque wrench and be sure that the thingamajiggy is all lubed up-- nothing worse than a dry thingamajiggy to really screw over those old CDJ500's... (can you tell I have no idea what a cdj500 is?)
Guest freak
try pressing the cue button, the one you normally use to cue the track...for a few seconds. Maybe try that while turning it on or even the play button. My friend had this same problem with his 500 and we figured it out messing around with the buttons like that. Sorry i can't tell you exaclty what we did because of course each time it happened we were...somewhat loaded...and have been many times since so hard to remember some things. There may even be some small button on the back, one that's hard to see unless you are really looking at it. Anyway, try that...you'll get it.
