The new cd doesnt work !

Just recieved astral projections in the mix album today, from psyshop

for some reason i played cd2 first, and when i came to cd1 my cd player wouldnt read it, it said "no disc"

then i cleaned it, although it looked perfectly clean, no spots or lines or anything, and it at least started playing track1, but with alot of static and no real music. When it came to track2 it just stopped again

 

why is this ? what can i do ?

mail psyshop, the CD is probably damaged

Did you try it in another player? the shulman cd i bought didn't work in my normal cd player but on the double cd player and on the pc. if your computer is able to read it you can it burn and then play it on your normal player.

hope the CD is okay, coz u don't want to deal with psyshop, they suck at communication and solving problems.

Dude, that happens ALOT... I work in a record store for 2½ years and every single day we had someone in complaining about a CD not playing on their system.... And in 95% of the cases it worked in the CD-player we had in the store.... So, there is a good chance that the CD actually works, just not in your stereo.... Try it in another player... I bet it'll work there!

 

If not - you're screwed! ;o(

it worked in my portable cd player, but as far as i cam remember this player is OLDER than my stereo one

weird, my pc read it too
