carefree, content ambient

i like these carefree, content ambient tunes, such as aphex twins' Heliospan and Orbital's Doctor? also Air tunes like J'ai dormi sous l'eau and Ce matin la.

 

does any have u can recommend similar pretty tunes?

 

also:

in the summer of 1999 i once saw an anti-drugs spot on European MTV. It was short, well-made, very simple, don't remember much (NO!NOT because i've been doing too much drugs! but because i saw it only once!) - just the black&white image of the earth and of a japanese girl and a syringe, no words, i believe,

but this really beautiful (at least in my memory) tune in the background...does anybody happen to know what that tune was?.. (I know, it was a long time ago and i have little elements...)

edu, the more i listen to it, the more i think that background melody in that mtv antidrugs commercial was aphex twins heliosphan.
