I was sleeping near the trance floor at boom and suddenly i woke up and this uplifting, spiritual, full on track was playing. went to sleep again( i was awfully tired.)... after a while i woke up and again the same style of song playing... really full-on dimension 5 like! DAMN... i thought i was still dreaming or something... anyway, i was so tired, i went for a sleep in the car. In the morning went to see the line up and it was this Ricca fellow who played! Someone who went to the boom please tell me if ricca's set was always like that? I hope you say no, or else i will live in regret for the rest of my life... Please post some info of this Dj. is it a guy or a girl? does he/she produces any music with some other name? Anything will be helpfull... Thanks Peace Quote
Guest Luiz Posted September 18, 2002 Posted September 18, 2002 It's a guy, his name is Rica and he is Brazilian. he doesn't produce, only Djs. and yes his sets are like that. A lot of old school melodies, a lot of old tracks in fact, and many many guitars... He was one of the first psy DJs in Brazil, helped the scene grow a lot...nowadays he's not really respected as a great DJs (the brazilians who DJed at VooV are much better), but still has his following. bom!
