bpm wizard, been using it for years now, once you get used to it, it's a really good program, even so it occasionally has trouble with a few tracks, but you can trick that as well by fiddling with the equalizer.

and it is very accurate, I haven't had a wrong count so far (I would notice when mixing which I use the bpms for)
