Otto Matta Posted October 28, 2006 Posted October 28, 2006 I didn't listen to a whole lot of trance this summer, at least nothing horribly memorable, but the two tracks that peaked on my list, got played a million times, and will forever remind me of those recent months were: Ka-Sol - No Return and Spirallianz - Soulprint Quote
dr papa Posted October 28, 2006 Posted October 28, 2006 These are the current top 10 summer tracks in my book. Some old, some new. Most of it is ambient or chill. I guess I´m past my psytrance-summer-phase. There was a time, when Oforia, Zorba and Infected really did it for me during summertime, but times are changing... Mellow music for a mellow summer, I guess. Mathias Grassow - Siddharta Ozric Tentacles - Dance of the Loomi Younger Brother - Sleepwalker Prometheus - Arcadia Magica Psychonaut - Derwish Carbonbased Lifeforms - Silent Running (Carbonator Remix) Pitch Black - Elements Turn Disham - Inspire James Reipas - Kashahum Jon Mark - Eye of the Falcon Quote
Tatsu Posted December 4, 2006 Posted December 4, 2006 There's one killer song for me: Time Lock - Inner Bright Heard it this summer at the only outdoor party I went to (Geometrix). The party was fantastic, even when it started raining on Sathurday and the whole place was full of mud. Time Lock where fantastic, I had some MDMA and a very nice trip and this was for sure the best song I've heard for a looooong time at a party! (and I like to today's psy so...). Had a great time with my ex (which wasn't my ex then...) at that party, heard this song but was only able to find out the song's name today. Went to another party on Sathurday (again with my ex, had a very nice time again ) and since a DJ played the song again, I could ask him about the name. Now it's mine and playing it all day long reminds me of both parties and the summer time. Quote

Lauryn Posted January 12, 2007 Author Posted January 12, 2007 OOOD - Rock My Soul... it was the last track we did for the album and writing it seemed endless! ahhh well I suppose this track [in a past life] belongs on my list as well. Its the track I opened the Gaian Mind Festival with...I had been a bit worried that no one would show up for my set because I was playing first, but it turned out that everyone had been sitting in their tents all day waiting for the music (it had been downpouring all afternoon)...so when this track came on, EVERYONE was there for it, and totally rocked out http://s20.photobucket.com/albums/b201/lau...=Picture167.flv Quote
