Oopie Posted December 22, 2006 Share Posted December 22, 2006 I really think that division by zero isn't that much different than cryptic crunch wich I also consider to be minimalistic ... it does difference a lot from their compilations tracks though those were more melodic I agree with you. Oh man, I just gotta tell you it's an experience to play "singles collection" on proper audio equipment. My impressions are far from "sucky", quite the opposite. healium Posted December 22, 2006 Share Posted December 22, 2006 Sorta "maximal" music actually - maybe "minimal" in that the use of melody is sparse (at least in Cryptic Crunch)... I though "Cryptic Crunch" had way more personality than "Division by Zer0", which I thought sounded a bit sterile and dull... Hux Flux may not use melody all that often, but the ones they use are my favorite ever, in terms of being twisted, groovy, and making me want to dance...
