Tatsu Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 Since I have a fast internet connection at home I'm looking for interesting independant stuff to downlaod. I've stumpled over this pearl: http://mp3.de/musik/genre/band/030606/283581/3 melodic goa/psytrance. At least the three songs I've heard so far are awesome, downloaed the whole demo album and I have high hopes for it. I also know Taika-Kims site and I've downloaded three of his albums so far. So can you recommend me some more stuff? I'm more into melodic music but I also get into progressive so I take all recommendations! And of course I will check the part of this site with the promo stuff. Quote
Insejn Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 Tons of stuff at http://www.mikseri.net Here is a good guy: http://www.mikseri.net/artists/intriga.21658.php Quote
Tatsu Posted January 7, 2007 Author Posted January 7, 2007 Thanks, I will check both sites out. I see the Antiscarp site is somehow linked with the Fairy Dragon record label, I own one of their comps... Quote
JackCheese Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 electronic/ambient/experimental stuff also allowed or just psy/progressive trance ? Quote
Tatsu Posted January 7, 2007 Author Posted January 7, 2007 electronic/ambient/experimental stuff also allowed or just psy/progressive trance ? Well, in theory everything is allowed But as I've said above im mainyl interested in melodic (in whatever way, doesn't have to be cheesy) music, also other electronic styles. Btw. I'm listening to the first tracks from the guy Insejn recommended me, awesome stuff, me likes! Quote
JackCheese Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 Alrighty, well unfortunately I have no independent/free *trance* labels to add here, but for anyone who likes downtempo/electronic/ambient/whatever .. I'm really liking Sutemos at the moment: http://www.sutemos.net/en/ (especially Sutemos011 - album by Stockfinster!) Stadtgrün is quite nice as well: http://www.stadtgruenlabel.net/ Quote
Guest antic Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 If you haven't already, do check Nemo's Eskeemo Knights album - the link is in his signature. Proper acid techno influenced goa! here Quote

JackCheese Posted January 13, 2007 Posted January 13, 2007 Just wanted to add one, IDM'ish stuff (I think. I don't know much about "IDM".) http://www.narrominded.com/catalogue/nm024/ Tis from a Dutch label, which was apparently founded in the place I live in but has moved to a nearby city. This release itself is actually dedicated to the town I live in. Fun stuff I just found out about. The label itself seems to be putting out some rock-ish music as well next to electronic/idm stuff, I have not been able to check all releases that are on their site, so I can't say whether they have any more good music, but it might just be a nice addition for the people who like this sort of music. elftor Posted January 13, 2007 Posted January 13, 2007 http://www.mono211.com/content/news.html these guys are also quite interesting, they have a bunch od good idm ish stuff etc also a sublabel for breakbeat inspirated artists though i still didn't check all the albums have fun ... Quote
