I have asked your buddies at Saikosounds to remove my account within the next 24 hours, becaue they had told me it was done a month ago. Well, I have given them 24 hours and then I am calling the Visa Fraud Line, because they lied to me once. Get on to them please and just remove all my details, it should take 30 seconds of their or your time. The account name is Mike D. I am checking 9am Australian time and then I'll make a few phone calls.

Sincerely,

Mike Dwyer.

btw, is Saikosounds a safe site? I keep wanting to order, but the "Secure Website" thingy is crossed out with "Invalid" and it keeps going back and forth to valid.

I think it is safe to order from, as safe from anywhere. I'm just pissed that they promised me this account would be removed and they haven't got off their lazy arse to do it, so I will make them do it, as I have rights as a Visa card holder :-) I think the best thing is to order by not using the login thing, which was my mistake, it just seems real dodge to me. I have used www.psyshop.com and it went fine, got my cd wrappe di plastic an mailed in a nice little box in 8 days, I live in Australia. I am planning to give Saikosounds another chance once they remove the above detials :-)

I screwed over one person and hvae been trying to contact them for months to pay off the debt, but never get replies. I don't give a fuck about what you say or think about me nomad, I dish out shit because I am that kind of a person. Know, I have my rights as a Visa card holder an one of those rights is not to be screwed over, so aas I stated unless the account is removed, I will be contacting the Visa Hotline. The card used, with permission of her father, was my girlfriend's. He is the one who has told me to do this. As I have stated, I have nothing against Saikosunds, I just want this account removed, and I'll start ordering from tehm using my credit card, not my girlfriend's. As I have had a friend recently order from them and found that they are excellent.

Mike,

I've removed your account, however this is not something I usually do. As we can't be assured of your identity via these forums for security reasons I wouldn't have normally done this, also the e-mail you have given above is different to the e-mail you have given in your account. Anyway, your account is deleted now.

But I'm curious as to what exactly you were planning to report to the VISA Fraud Line. The practise of keeping a customer's VISA account details online is a very common one - and I garuntee you if you have ever placed an order with any online store - Saiko Sounds, Psyshop, whoever, all of these stores have kept details of your credit card information. Indeed, if you have ever used a credit card anywhere, they will keep the details of your card. Remember that little white receipt that the store keeps when they give you the little yellow one? It's got your name and card number on there. It's normal business practise.

The choice to store your card details online is that - a choice. If you'd read any of the online guides to using the card it clearly tells you that you don't need an account to place an order, and even if you do have an account you don't need to store your card details online. It's meant as a way of allowing customers to use the site easily.

In future, there's no reason to post such aggressive messages on a public forum. I've asked you before that if you have a problem you are free to contact me - it's not like my e-mail is hard to find, it's on every page of the Saiko Sounds web site.

M,

Not all pages on the Saiko Sounds site are secure - making a page secure slows down the speed of the page considerably, as the security of each item must be checked. However, every page in which you actually enter information of any kind [logging in, changing your account details, placing an order, ect] goes through a secure server. Click the Thawte logo that is clearly displayed on our pages for further details on our secure certificate.
