technosomy
hi have just revisited a couple of the very few full on albums i own one in particular i like is eclipse on etnica.net released in 04 has a couple of my favorite f.o tracks rinkadink-kookykaboom remix soundaholix- psychedelic circus remix i love this twisted style that has a lot happening has ups and downs and plenty of sideways melodies (if you know what i mean) don't want any of that boring mundane stuff that doesn't go anywhere as i don't make much time for this genre anyway quite like alot of the south african artists but don't know enough about so many probable good full on producers your help in recomending some of prime and pinnacle full on albums would be much appreciated to wet this appetite i also like the wrecked machines track on that comp if anyone has the 'blink' album some info would be great is it worth a buy? thanks
DeathPosture
Well, Rinkadink would be the obvious choice since you're already familiar with his stuff.. The first album Rabbit From Darkside is smoking hot (Full review). Going in even more demented directions is Xatrik's Project A (Full review). The best South African full-on label (quality full-on, mind you) is definitely Timecode Records which has released a bunch of classics. Definitely worthy of some investigation. My alltime fave is Artifakt's 2nd album and opus magnum Artifakts II, but that's so much more than full-on. It's a crossover avalanche (Full review). Enjoy. /DP

Jikkenteki
Hydraglyph is my favorite of the S.A. guys at the moment. There last album was pretty solid although I think their next one, due out fairly soon, should blow it out of the water.
Insejn
thanks for the recs i have the artifacts albums and the xatrik they definatley are great have just ordered the first rink album, what about his second? any more suggestions from any one most appreciated thanks I'd say that Rinkadink's second album is not as good as his first one. But you will recognize his sound so you might want to check it out anyway. nice insejn if you wouldn't mind? If you are familiar with the SA scene you probably allready know Tickets, Phyx, Brethren, Multistate, Shift? You should check out VA - Erratic Distortion from MMD Records. It's a real SA gem if you ask me Also the two Israelies that make SA-styled psy called Technodrome. If you want more earfriendly psy from SA artists or what to say check out Slug - Elemental and other CDs released by Nexus Media. Hope that helped some. Maden
I agree with people above, second album from rinkadink is not enought good as the first, but you will find Dad's Power Song, and Technology v3 tracks ! and they give smile and energy to the dancefloor ! be sure. Anyway, try Rastalien, close to the rinkadink style.

Psynetix
Definetly check out Broken Toy! his new album "The Low Down Dirty Sound Of" is ruthless dancefloor mayhem! such chunky, funky beats at its best!
Snapinho
Yesh, first Rinkadink album is just lovely. Second is good too, but not as good as the first, imo. Not really in the same style, but also SA, is Protoculture. Nice and friendly melodic album methinks... the first one, that is. And Broken Toy is good stuff too. Again, I only know his first album...
