Looking for a old track from '93 or '94

I'm looking for a old, I think trance, track.

I remember that she has bald head, carried some kind of rave techno clothes and some people mixed her up with Marusha.

A part from this song was later used as sample. But I don't know too, which track was it.

I can only remember, a little bit, of the video clip, where the samples was used.

There is washing a person a plate and an eye appears on the plate.
