The Police have arrived

Does anyone know a track and/or a mix with a sample in it that in the middle of a track the music stops and a guy says in a strong English accent "Sorry everybody but the police have arrived so the party is now over" and you hear the crowd going "awwwweeeeee", then the tunes start up again ?.

I heard this in a taxi in Goa and I've been ripping my hair out for it ever since.
